"I had a very plesant experience dealing with Bedford, I purchased a Nikon coolplx 6000 camera from them and the service was great and it arrived on time just like they promised it would. even with all the snow we had this month (feb 2011) not to mention I had place the order for a different camera and i called customer service and they changed it and did not blink an eye. All I can say is GREAT JOB BEDFORD!"

"I would like to take this opportunity to share my appreciation for all of the folks that have been there for me consistently whether I needed equipment, instruction, constructive criticism, and on going friendly service over the last ten years. I can even remember a situation where I was not able to afford a new piece of equipment at the time, and they searched their customer base, found someone who wanted a new one, helped hook me up to get the good used one and the other customer to get the new one he wanted. They take care of their customers and that's why I'm one for life. Thanks guys"

"This may have been one of the finest on-line transactions I've ever done, and I have been buying products via the internet for more than seven years.

I had been looking for a Nikon D7000 camera body for quite some time. High demand made it scarce. Many shops required me to purchase the kit and a low-end lens I would never use. Bedford's website showed the camera in-stock (one of the only one's in the country at the time.) Fearing the website was incorrect -- and that the D7000 was back-ordered, I called the store around 4:30 in the afternoon and talked with a gentleman named Shawn. He confirmed the body was in inventory and walked across the store to physically put his hands on the camera. I told him I needed the camera for a shoot later in the week and asked if it would be possible to ship it out that afternoon. Not only did he get the item shipped that afternoon, but in less than 36 hours, the camera was in my hands. It crossed a time zone and nearly a thousand miles! I didn't even need to upgrade shipping because Shawn told me Bedford's *free* shipping option was USPS Priority Mail, and it should be here in a couple of days.

Before I hung up the phone, Shawn gladly answered a couple of other questions I had about a specific Nikon lens -- even though I wasn't ready to purchase it with my order that day. He couldn't have been more helpful, professional and courteous. His customer service is exactly why I cancelled a back-order with a giant camera dealer and bought from Bedford. The price was outstanding. The new Nikon is incredible; but the service at Bedford Camera & Video can't be beat. Order from them today -- you won't regret it for a minute.

"I had a fabulous experience. I am several hours away from the store and had to rely on web and phone contact. The sales person, particularly, Sean, was patient and helpful. They called my home several times to update me on the status of my order, any changes to my order, and shipping details. Any time I called the staff was polite and courteous. I was offered classes and received a personal thank you card from Sean, as well as a card with contact numbers. This is the type of customer service I look for in businesses these days. It makes me so glad I didn't use Amazon!"

"I am very happy with Bedford Camera. I called to see if they had the camera body in stock that I wanted. They called me back to confirm when a shipment was due from the manufacturer. I placed my order online. They have a solid communication system that emailed me with updates on my order was during each step. The camera even arrived 1 day earlier than I expected. Their price was very fair - comparable with any other retailer. I would definitely shop here again."

"Bedford Camera went above and beyond!
I emailed to be sure they had the camera I had been looking for that no one had, and they quickly emailed me back. Since I could not place the order right then they (Sean) even told me he would hold one to the side for me!!
I placed my order that evening. When they realized that the camera they got in stock was the body only, Sean called to let me know. Which worked for me since I already had the lens, I just ordered with the lens because I couldn't find the body only.
Thank you Bedord Camera!
My camera arrived safe and sound and I am having a blast taking new pictures!!!

"I was a little nervous about spending over $1,000 for a camera at a online retailer with which I was not familiar. However, Bedford Camera had the D7000 body in stock and at a great price so after a little due diligence made the purchase. The gentleman I spoke with was extremely helpful and managed to have the camera shipped out the same day. I received continual email information and tracking updates and the camera was exactly as described (brand new, U.S. model and U.S. warranty). I would not hesitate to recommend them or return to their online store for future purchases."

"I was very satisfied with the services delivered by Bedford Camera & Video. I had originally ordered the red Nikon S6000 and The next day in the morning I received a call from a representative Sean, that my item was currently not in stock and that he would be more than happy to refund my money immediately. I said well I don't want to grow through that, especially after I have purchased something from them. So, he offered a silver Nikon S6000 with a free carrying case and 2 yr warranty. I accepted and the order was received promptly. Thank you Sean for the great online experience."

"Great communication. I was shopping for a newly released Nikon camera that most on-line retailers did not have in stock. Sean promptly returned my email after checking inventory then contacted me after I placed the order on-line to let me know the camera was shipping out the next day. I received the camera a few days later. Great job everyone!"
