When I was looking for my XA-10 from Canon, I looked, called, emailed everywhere. I came across Bedford and gave them a call. What a shock I got when I was address to let me see what I can do.
See when the Earth Quake hit off the coast Japan, that was a very sad day for them and the world. Nothing was coming out of Japan.
At that time I was not looking for my XA-10. Didn't even know there was a XA-10. Well there was a lot of things that had stop coming into the United States. That was one of them. No one had one. My last call was to Bedford.
The friendliness from my first call to the 20th call was the same. Helping me at every turn when I wasn't for sure what I even wanted. That even went up and beyond to put a battery that I wanted online for me. Shipping? Just like they said, but one thing was not what I expected. No shipping cost at all for fed-x. Look if you want to deal with some Yo-Yo person, don't use Bedford. But if you want truth, fast, friendliness and we wont even get into knowledge, because that was spot on with things that I had already looked up, then use Bedford Camera & Video. Look I live in Texas so I didn't just go drive in their lot. I did however surf their site with no worries.
