"Purchased a 'wooden' feature light for 460 aud. When it arrived it was plastic painted to look like wood. I explained under Australian law this is not allowed they said I could return it for a 60 percent discount. As they are not based in Australia I had no choice to accept. The item is stuck in customs and required them to release it. They are refusing. It cost me 60 bucks to send it to them. So I'm down 520 now with no resolution in site. Avoid these liars at all cost!!"
"Item took a ridiculously long time to come. It was poorly packaged and not marked as fragile. Broken and dented on arrival with severely torn packaging. We have not taken the product out of the packaging as damage was obvious upon opening one side. Pictures are attached yet they say that they cannot see that the item is damaged "

"if i could award negative stars i would - i am near £1000 out of pocket. Ordered 3 identical lights across 2 separate orders. The 2nd order charged £65 more per light as well! The lights have since been reduced back to their original price. Scandalous. All lights are different with bits missing & packaging was so poor that many of the lamps were damaged - poor show. "Avoid this company. I ordered a blue velvet jacket from them in the X-LARGE size, which should have been a 42’ chest. Although the label said it was X-Large, it was certainly not a 42’ chest. It was much too small. When I first contacted the company about this, they initially asked me to take lots of photos of the jacket, which seemed totally unnecessary to me. They then told me they would not refund me. When I persisted they initially offered a 5% refund. With more persistence they offered 10%, then 30%. They then offered me a full refund, minus the original postage, if I returned the item to China. The expense of this would outweigh any benefits. In ongoing correspondence the company has persisted in sending repetitive formulaic messages, without responding to me personally. I feel they are deliberately using delaying tactics to wear me down, so I will give up. I’m left angry and disgusted by them"

"This company is completely fraudulent. What they advertise on their website is all fake and just tricking the online customers.
Not realising that this is a company aboard, I made order of 8 chandeliers with total cost of £1,500.61 which included £400 delivery and plus insurance. After multiple emails chasing the delivery, only few items arrived 2 months later and when I opened up the boxes, I was in complete shock to find that parts were missing, broken and defective/damaged crystals, electric wires ripped! All dangerous cabling (looked liked someone had wired it at home in a garage!).

I made it clear that since the state that the current items are, I don’t even want see the others that are yet to arrive. I asked them for my refund based on my rights and they have completely refused to listen or acknowledge my ask as a consumer.
I sent them photographic evidence and once again they haven’t done anything about it at all.
I’ve so far begged them for my own money £1,500.61 and they have not given me back a penny yet!
My next step is to report them to trading standards and also their local police for committing fraud and taking advantage of me.

I ordered an eighteen inch (18») vanity light from this company. On the site it says the light comes in three (3) different sizes. When I tried to place the order I couldn't check a box for the appropriate size that I wanted. I contacted them via chat and asked about that, and I was told to send a note with my order to specify the size I wanted to order!
It took two (2) months for my order to arrive. When I opened the box to my surprise they shipped me a sixteen inch (16) stubby light vs the eighteen inch (18) light that I ordered. When I contacted them about this, it was then I was told that this item only comes in one (1) size!
I contacted them and, their only offer is for me to keep the item at a reduce price or, I HAVE TO PAY TO RETURN THE ITEM TO THEM!
It would appear this company is notorious for the bait and switch tactic. They are falsely advertising their products and then they want to hold the customer liable for it!

"Please NEVER ORDER FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY! I wish I had read reviews prior to purchasing from them. The website description of the light I ordered was completely inaccurate. They made me take photos of every label on the outside of the box and every item inside of the box before admitting they sent the wrong light. Now, they REFUSE TO PROVIDE SHIPPING back to CHINA and told me I am to pay out of pocket for shipping back to them and in addition they will then deduct their original shipping charges from MY REFUND! I advised this was a company error, not a consumer error and they still refuse to provide for the shipping back to them and let me know shipping it back to them would be “very expensive”.
