SCAM

"Terrible service - still waiting on a package ordered four weeks ago. Each time inquired with customer service i was given the runaround. Tracking information still not updated so I don't even know where my package is. For reference, my order # is 1430473 - maybe someone here can find my package and tell me when it will be received. "

BEWARE OF BeautifulHalo

"Be very cautious. I had ordered a light for my dining room. The light I ordered was missing parts to actually hang the light and is essentially useless to me. I contacted BeautifulHalo about my issue through their support ticket system and I did not hear from them for about 5 days. Once I had to hang my old light back up and put the new light back into the box, I decided to just return the unit. When I heard back from BeautifulHalo they seem to AVOID my request for return and just asked what my issue was. I replied (AGAIN) asking for options to return the item that is missing parts, for a refund. Their reply did not provide options for a return (Again). At this point I decided to open a claim with PayPal. Two days later I receive a message from them on PayPal to handle my claim on their site with a ticket, which I already tried. Then on their ticket system, I received a message that said "Please contact PayPal to close the dispute Then we will follow up with your order."

Why would I close my dispute, give up my protection as a buyer if they are not helping me with a return process. $255 order which I hope I can recover my money back. Besides the product missing parts, it was extremely cheap quality, and did not match the provided picture. Be extremely cautious ordering here. THERE IS NO PHONE SUPPORT EITHER.

The WORST Company Online

"I really wish i would have saw these reviews prior to ordering from Beautifulhalo. I ordered a fixture from them and similar to others it took well over 2 months to receive and upon arrive not only was it damaged by extremely poor quality. The fixture was $712.42 and it's true Chinese quality, set screws missing, glass cracked, paint chipped, no assembly instructions etc etc... Not only is the fixture horrible, the customer service is even worse. When trying to make a claim I'm now up to over 15 communications with them, they respond with one line at best and won't provide me with the information to get my money back. I've since opened a claim with Paypal. Please don't support this company, you're wasting our money."

Crappy products and will not stand by their own refund policy

"DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
My product had multiple manufacturing defects.Their return policy clearly states:". You are eligible for a partial/full refund or exchange (accessories excluded) if we shipped you a defective, damaged...I offered to return the item and they keep trying to send me parts and hassling me about my refund. I have sent numerous emails with no refund in sight.

I have a list of problems with the chandelier I ordered:
IMG 34 is a metal-to-wire scenario that can rub and create an electrical short/fire hazard.
IMG 37 and 38 show a broken plastic attachment for the lighting surround. This provide zero support for the lighting surround, and inability to tighten properly to the chandelier.
IMG 40 shows severe lack of bond of the glass mosaic.
IMG 45-46 show pictures of, what I believe are the ground wires.
IMG 47 and 48 shows rust already forming on the surface in the bag around the connectors. This gives me little confidence in the quality of materials used as well as robustness of the electrical soldered connections.

IMG 57 shows the ground wire diameter to be 0.02 inches (as measured with a micrometer). This diameter is a 24 gage wire. By code for a 120V circuit, it must be a 18 gage minimum as anything less can cause an electrical fire.

Their PRODUCT IS UNSAFE TO USE AND WILL CAUSE AN ELECTRICAL FIRE that is the number one problem. The company does not care about the safety of their customers!
The product had multiple broken pieces (plastic connector for light and glass) and it already shows wear of the bonding material between other pieces as well. Sending me a replacement piece does not fix the fact that their light is junk and will fall apart very quickly.

Save your self hassle, $$$ and sanity. Do not purchase anything from this company.

Stay away

"Stay away. I bought a light from them but when it arrived it did not work. This is a shady chinese company and they will not process a return. I paid with Paypal so I don't have a credit card company to file a complaint with. Do yourself a favor and don't buy from them."

"I WISH THEIR WAS A WAY YOU CAN PROVIDE A REVIEW WITH NO STARS! HORRIBLE COMPANY! FRAUD!

ATTENTION VOLEUR

"Le titre veux tout dire. A prés avoir attendu plus d'un mois après la date prévue , j'ai reçus mon colis, pour lequel j' avais payer le port pour le recevoir rapidement. j' ai reçus un sweet impossible à mettre.
en plus d'une qualité plus que mauvaise, je passe la main dans une manche et impossible de passer l' autre dans l'autre manche mal cousue.je contacte le vendeur qui ne veux rien savoir et qui même après lui avoir envoyé des photos me propose 10% de remboursement.
ni plus ni moins des voleurs. Ne commandes pas sur ce site qui arnaque tout le monde. j' ai mis une étoile parce que je pouvais pas faire autrement, ils ne la méritent même pas.

NON COMPLIANT LIGHTING

"Buyer Beware! The lighting sold by Beautiful Halo does not meet Australian Standards and cannot be legally installed unless re-wired and modified. Lights look good on the website, but the cost of the lights blows out after paying for an electrician to make them compliant. No compliance = no insurance in the event the lights catch fire or cause fusion issues. I have made this clear to BH but they are not interested. Shop elsewhere."

Still waiting . . .

"I ordered a blouse. Beautiful Halo said they shipped it and to, "please wait patiently and be in a relaxed mood". It's been a month, I'm still waiting. They haven't responded to my request for a refund because they insist they sent it. I could of walked to Hong Kong to get the blouse quicker than it's taking them to send it to me. I hope I actually get it before I'm too old to remember I ever bought it."

I had my doubts

"After placing an order and only receiving one email confirmation, I became worried after a few weeks of hearing nothing more. I checked the email and it included a link with a tracking number and I was able to see that my order was still being processed. I again was concerned so I looked for reviews, which were all highly unfavorable. But another week later, my order had been shipped and I was able to trace it until it finally appeared at my door almost 4 weeks after the order. I was very happy with the product (a floor lamp for a child’s room) and the way it was packaged and the easy assembly. My doubts were unfounded and I am pleased. They could do with providing additional communication, but being a bit proactive gave me my desired result."
