"Beautiful Halo’s products are garbage. The lights and fan look great in pictures but buyers be wary. I purchase a fan with a light. The order was charged Immediately on my card paid extra for shipping and the item was shipped months later. Not to mention I paid to have it professionally installed and the fan did not work. I Immediately contacted beautiful halo to report the issue. It’s been 10 months since my ordinal purchase and beautiful halo has yet to stand behind thief product. They offered to ship me a new motor. When the motor arrived it was shipped in a fruit box with holes the motor only wrapped in paper without instructions for installation. The box looked like it was chewed up and taped back together. Again I reach out to Beautifulhalo for a refund as they sold me an item that does not work. They offered a 5% refund and then a 10% refund which would not even cover the shipping cost I paid. DO NOT BUY from this seller. The products do not work and made of poorly crafted materials. "

"I ordered a purse for my friend's birthday and it got sent to the wrong address. No biggy, that's why I ordered it months in advance. I contacted them and they said they'd send it to me. TWO MONTHS go by and nothing so I contact them again. They say they will reship it when it's ready. So it hadn't even been shipped yet! Another month goes by and I just ask for a refund. I had already bought a backup present for my friend. They told me they had already arranged for me to receive it. So, like an idiot, I wait ANOTHER MONTH. Still didn't get it. So I'm done being nice and I told them I wanted the refund. They tell me they have to deduct the shipping cost. Whatever, that's fine. So they told me they were processing my refund. That was 2 1/2 weeks ago and I still haven't received it.

"In these emails you will see the laughable responses from this company as they refused to give us our money back. They wanted us to pay the shipping back to them for this trash product and the only refund that they would give us would have the original shipping cost deducted. In these photos you will see that the product that I ordered is far different from what I received.
1.) They sent me the wrong color jacket
2.) The jacket is so thin that it is see-through
3.) The stitches were already tearing before I even got it on
4.) The buttonholes are not large enough for the buttons
5.) It does not hug across your chest as it does in the advertisement. Even if the buttons did fit, it would go straight down the middle and you would have additional buttons off to the side unevenly.
It is the most low quality jacket that I have ever received and this company does not care about the quality of their material as long as they make a buck. They probably make most of their money by refusing refunds and insisting the customers pay for the shipping. They thought I was bluffing when I said that I would post this so here's to proving them wrong. DO NOT purchase from them."

In honesty, to us it looks like they bought this off wish for £5 then are selling it on for £95.Even from a distance it looks cheap and tacky as the material is very shiny and also super thin. To add insult to injury they refused to allow me to send it back for a refund and I had to keep fighting and fighting. Even now they are saying if I return it I not only have to cover postage costs back to them which is £20+ but that I also have to now cover original postage to me. Meaning I will get £55 back as an absolute minimum. I cannot afford this in this current climate. I even asked before I bought about returns and was told no problem or I would NOT of risked or sering from them. And because this was a Christmas present I have also had to buy a new one elsewhere. So I am now double out of pocket and very annoyed. I will be seeking legal advise as to say their customer service is appalling is an understatement.

"I purchased two chandelier lights in July. They were shipped separately. One was fine but the other did not have the crystals wrapped and they were disconnected and damaged. I have been trying since August 1 to get new crystals, sending multiple email requests. The last I heard from them they said to be patient. This was September 1 and it is now the end of October.
