"I purchased a set of speaker stands , which i didn't receive no hrdware and missing parts , and the stuff i got was chipped , when i contacted beach audio , i was given the run around ,then was promised that a new item would be shipped out the same day , that was the last time i talked to them , did not receive a email with a confrontation that the new stands was sent , customers service sucks , not a good company to do business with , waist of time and money , money gone ! "

"DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING THROUGH Beach Audio --- we ordered a product from them (they are a WALMART merchant/partner). The item came damaged. They said to return it only after receiving an AR (Authorized Return) Number, which they would send to us in 3-4 business days. W ehave been unable to contact them again by phone. We, at this point have no AR # and they won't accept the return or return our money because we need the shipping/packing invoice which WAS NOT included in the package. "

"I hope that everyone will read this for this is very important for all those who are ordering from this seller. Strongly advised that you keep the original packaging until you are 100% sure your product is not defective. In this case, I bought this Cooler and it was indeed defective as the lid and such were warped. I had contacted the seller to return this item, but I did not have the original box it came in so was not able to return it. BUT something very curious was brought to my attention while going through this nonsense. The lady said the reason they could not take the item back without it's original packaging is due to the fact they WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO RE SELL SAID PRODUCT. Even AFTER I told this lady this product was defective and warped. So there is no telling how many people this single Cooler went through before myself. So ladies and gentleman, I'd be very wary about what you buy from these people due to this single fact. Luckily I was able to get it settled with the Manufacturer of this product, but without them, I'd be short of almost $300s as you can very well see. So I advise you to look to another seller of this product, and if you do take the risk, because of you really needing this. I very well hope you don't have to go through the mess I certainly went through."

" If you are taking the time to read this review, then you are obviously concerned about doing business with a reputable company, and getting your monies worth when purchasing an online product. I didn’t do my due diligence before purchasing my item, and I am now paying the price. My item arrived damaged, and while Beach Audio continued to promise to resolve the issue, and replace my damaged items, it was never done. Eventually, Beach Audio stopped responding to my emails, for information on what I needed to do to facilitate the return process. In the end I had to file a claim with Amazon for help. Clearly Beach Audio doesn’t care about the items they ship out, all they want is people to keep spending money with them. With that being said, I would suggested looking for whatever item you wish to purchase, from another dealer. I have listed the email transcripts below, so you can make review and make your own judgment.

I received the message below From Chris Thursday evening saying that I should receive a return label for my damaged order (Order ID XXX-XXXXXXX-XXXXXXX: 1 of Cuisinart Stoneware Jenna Blue Collection 16-Piece Dinnerware Sets [ASIN: B00IR2E2RA]) by Fri. 2/20. Checked all weekend and never saw one show up. I really need to get this resolved, and have my dishes replaced. If I don't see the return label by end of day Monday 2/23, I am going to try filing a claim with Amazon in order to facilitate replacement of my order.

"I purchased a tablet from this company, when I received it, it wouldn't activate on my carrier, I took it to my carrier and they said it did not contain software to activate it and you cannot purchase software, its something built into the product, so it was useless, I sent it back as defective and they only credited me with partial credit, I'm in dispute with paypal and Walmart at this time, don't buy from this company"

"WOW. What a crap company. After waiting 3 weeks for a charger they said "got lost in the mail" they have NOW decided that it's out of stock. Their customer service department is a joke, the whole company is a joke. ""BEACH AUDIO" IS JUST AN APARTMENT IN CALIFORNIA.

Their page references a vast network of warehouses and blah blah. Fake. Distributors maybe. But returns all go straight to...an apartment. It's just some dude. Who knows how much else of their site is a lie.

Thought I got a good deal on a laptop. Nope! When it arrived, they had substituted a lesser model and delivered it anyways.

When I called to get a replacement, they said the item I ordered was out of stock. This was a lie-they had it for sale on ebay and their website at a HIGHER price. That's right. Instead of manning up and saying they mistakenly sold it too cheap, they just lied and said they couldn't send the right laptop because they didn't have any.

After they got the return, they promised a refund. However, it didn't actually happen. So now I'm out a laptop AND $1300 bucks. Have to file an eBay case against them to get my money back.

"Bad order processing, I had to cancel my order. Placed an order and hoped it would ship the same day. A day later I get a call from their credit department asking me questions about my billing address and shipping address. I answered all their questions. Another day goes by and I do not have a shipment confirmation or tracking number. I call customer service and wait for a representative. Finally I inquire if my order shipped. She tells me I am on credit hold, and says I need to speak to the credit dept. I am transferred to an extension that keeps me on hold and no one answers. I hang up and sent them an email to cancel the order. I called Tiger Direct, placed the same order, with the same credit card, and it was shipped the same day. I will not buy from them again. "

"I was looking for a grease separator. I had read reviews about a swingaway model that was not very good but the westbend model was better. So I googled the westbend and found beachaudio had it, so I bought it. Not only did I receive the swingaway model, the box it came in had a price sticker of $7.95 and they charged me $17.41, not including shipping. I sent an email to them asking about it and never got a reply. Nice huh? Needless to say, I am done with them."

"Stay from Beach Audio....did not stand by their advertised product.. I ordered a Dlink camera at a good price and received the entirely wrong device. Sent the device back for correct replacement which they were stating they would do. Then suddenly they were out of stock for a day and then reposted their item for a higher price and would not honor the initial lower price. Horrible and dishonest way of doing business."

"I ordered a Booster Pac es5000 at a good price on Monday....I received the Pac on Wednesday. It's charging now as it is suppose to. I see an awful lot of bad reviews, but I don't know what to say....1 1/2 days from order to receipt? pretty good really......maybe people want to complain more readily than recommend (and the complaints my be justified)....this would account for an imbalance if it exists. "HORRIBLE experience with this company! Recommend never ordering from them. Lost almost $70 returning a defective product.

When I received a Targus Privacy Screen Filter, I found that the product was damaged, with a 1" indentation on the screen. I contacted BeachAudio and asked how I could get a refund and return the product. They have very stringent return policies, but they gave me a RMA#, so that I could return it.

There were several steps to return it, including emailing them a tracking # for the product. They "strongly suggest using UPS as they usually have lower rates for parcels." So that's who I used. I felt like if I didn't follow every step of their procedure, they might not accept the return.

I had re-packaged everything exactly as it arrived. The same box and packing materials that they sent to me. Because of the ridiculously large box they sent me, it cost me $69.91 to send back via UPS! Ridiculous I thought, but that's what they "strongly recommended".

Come to find out, after shipping the box, BeachAudio will NOT reimburse their customers for returning defective products. Their customer service members told me that UPS ripped me off and I should try to stop the shipment. Ha! As if I knew that I should be suspicious of the shipping company.

They also told me that if I had wanted a new product, they wouldn't have charged me for shipping on the new product. That still doesn't take care of reimbursing me for shipping back their mistake...but they didn't seem to understand that.

In the end, I paid $70 for their mistake in shipping a defective product. Will never do business with them again!

"Awesome provider. I ordered two batteries for my cordless phone. They arrived faster than expected and in perfect condition. Unfortunately, I made a mistake when ordering and selected the wrong p/n. I called customer service, got through to a HUMAN BEING in a minute, was honest, and he is sending me the right part no charge and said it was not worth returning the wrong parts. Amazing. "Very bad experience. Ordered Olympus Camera and accessories on Nov.23 that were supposedly in stock, and paid with Paypal. After several days I asked for shipping information. Got an e-mail 2 days later that order was being "processed". Had not shipped, no shipping date. After a week I asked to cancel the order. Received an e-mail thanking me for my patience and saying it would ship "soon". Day later I again asked to cancel and received the same automated generic e-mail. I needed to open a case at Pay Pal Resolution Center to cancel the order and obtain a refund.
They did not ship an item they said was in stock, and blew off 2 requests to cancel. I would not trust this Seller after this experience.
