"I ordered Paperpro staples for my Paperpro stapler thru Walmart. The particular item I wanted is not available anymore locally. I got them today from Beach Audio. I ordered according to the photo online, which was exactly what I wanted. I got cheaper Paperpro staples, which I could of gotten locally. Apparently, according to the reviews I read today, I can't return them. The flimsy envelope they were sent in contained no invoice. I have my printout of the order but not theirs. The box containing the staples is ripped, torn, & flat, which tells me they tossed it at the last minute. I never heard of Beach Audio, I thought they were coming from Walmart. Extremely disappointed.. upset I had to select one star for review, they don't have minus stars. Learned an expensive lesson. I'm going to Walmart to see if they will do anything, but not expecting miracles.. cheap DAMN company.. "

"I ordered these tweeters off of the best buy website. When the item was shipped to me from Beach Audio Inc there was only one tweeter in the pkg. I called Beach Audio and told the lady that I only received one tweeter. I was told Best Buy made a mistake on their website, that this item does not come as a Pair and she told me I can return the item and be refunded, that was my only option because it was Best Buy that made the mistake. What kind of customer service is that? I called Best Buy to inform them that Beach Audio said there is an item listed wrong on their website and explained what had happened. The customer service rep at Best Buy was extremely nice and reviewed my order and said that (pair) was listed not only in the description, but also the specs of the item and that Beach Audio should honor that. The Best Buy rep was very apologetic but couldn't satisfy my order because Beach Audio is the seller, she did however send me a $10 gift card for Best Buy. I will never order another thing from Beach Audio.
