"I wrote a scathing review about beachaudio. I was too quick to judge. Beachaudio helped me with a problem I had and they responded very quickly and were very professional. I bought an Optimus micathermal heater from beachaudio and WHAT A GREAT PRODUCT!! Came in it's original box and product was in excellent shape. The EXPERIENCE I've had with BEACHAUDIO HAS BEEN TOP NOTCH!!! I Will Work With Beachaudio Again. Those who are saying beachaudio is writing and giving themselves a 5 star rating, what ever to you. "Item ordered on the 9th. Supposedly the label was generated on the 11th and the $250 coffee machine was to be delivered by the 18th. It is now the 22nd and the status remains the same it has not been dropped off at FedEx. I have been in contact with Google Shopping with 3 different people on 3 different occasions and they refuse to help. The return window is fast approaching and even-though they have not shipped anything, Google refuses to step in and help. Can't cancel the order either, Google policy is to cancel within the first 30 minutes. Even if the item is delivered and you return it, you get charged for shipping. It's a total scam and ripoff. Google is part of this scam.

"I ordered a keyboard through eBay. My package shipped really quickly and arrived 2 days later... to a different address, because UPS screwed up somehow. I messaged them immediately (after business hours) thinking that it was due to porch pirates and they were very accommodating. I got a response by the next morning when I woke up, and a quick back and forth to get information for opening a UPS trace process happened within a few hours after that. I would have had a refund if the package ended up being lost like I feared, but luckily it showed up a few days later.
Ultimately, great customer service to calm me during my stressful experience."
"My boyfriend bought me a video game for Christmas and they jacked the price on it at last minute. Well I ended up getting two of the same game for Christmas and when I went to return it we did not get a full refund. He thought he bought through Walmart and turns out it was third party person. We had to pay the shipping back plus a restocking fee! We ended losing $20! It was the worst experience ever! I called Walmart corporate and they could not do anything but say I should not have paid shipping and get a full refund. Then after everything was said and done they told me to read the return policy and hung up on me! I am so done! What a rip off! I will never ever order from this company again!"
"I ordered an office chair on Walmart.com. Beach Audio was the seller, third party or whatever. Ordered it as a gift for a family member that resides far away from me. Had it sent to said family member. Excited, because he was wanting this gift, he rushed to open it. HOWEVER, it was not the gift item he was expecting/wanting. Instead of his new office chair, it was just a box of envelopes. :\ No chair, no chair parts, nothing. Such disappointment! I am embarrassed as well!!
So I called Walmart, who were very nice about it. Walmart called Beach Audio and said they(Beach Audio) would refund my money ONCE I returned the envelopes. Apparently the product number was for envelopes, not the chair as it clearly had it on the website.
The more I think about this issue, it angers me that I am out the price of the chair and shipping, and still have to order another chair. The gift recipient is without a chair until IDK how long. This ****. I ordered the product I wanted and paid to have it shipped to another state. It is not my fault that I received envelopes.
This is not acceptable. Bait and switch. False advertising. Terrible customer service.

"Ordered 75' hoses, received 50' hoses. Perhaps the unusually low price was bait? Beach sent email with instructions to return the item "that did not meet my needs/expectations" for a refund, then reorder to get the correct product. Based on the reviews here I will keep what was sent, the customer service reputation doesn't warrant taking the risk of losing everything when at least now I have something. This was purchased through Rakuten. Rakuten no longer intervenes in disputes with its vendors. I will inform Rakuten of this experience so that they might reconsider associating with Beach. Rakuten will not back up your order, so essentially you are on your own when ordering through Rakuten with an indenpendent vendor. "

"Ordered a $1200 Asus 1080 ti OC video card edition with free shipping through Newegg from Beachaudio. The Beachaudio website says free ground shipping everything over $100. Beachaudio sent it snail mail cutting expenses on their end, it has been 8 days now and the video card still has NOT arrived. Never again will I order anything from Beachaudio. Buyer beware of this seller."
"Beach Audio sent out the wrong item from what was ordered and admitted it was listed wrong on their part. We did an RMA and they said it was used and it had not even been hooked up since it did not work due to being the wrong model. During that time the original item order became unavailable and was replaced with a much higher item which they did not have. They charged us a restocking fee and would not refund our full amount. they said they did not receive the original box, however, we did not receive what we ordered and had to absorb the difference between the now unavailable and the newer replacement model $600.00 (that they did not carry). Now I see why they are a 1 star rated company. They are not customer oriented or professionals in my opinion. "
"Worse place to buy your goods. Recently bought refurbished rice cooker from them and didn't get all the **** parts a rice cooker suppose to have. Oh, and the box was dirty as hell. Didn't clean the package at all."
"Be wary of this vendor. Ordered 4 Dell printers, broken out by 1, 2 and 1 on separate orders. Received the first 1, but have yet to receive the other 3. UPS tracking shows no delivery and yet the vendor is disputing it by using different tracking numbers than what Amazon shows me trying to say we did receive them. Lack of timely response to inquiries about what's going on."
"Ordered product on 2/5/18 through Walmart website but Beach audio Inc. was third party seller. Suppose to arrive 2/13/18. There is no email to track package. Got a reply on 2/14/18 after complaining to Walmart about not getting product. An apology for delay and that product would go out 2/14/18 by Beach Audio. Called customer service(karen) who said that Walmart only send the order to Her company on 2/13/18. This was a lie because I was able to confirm with Walmart and my credit card company. Beach Audio tried to but did not complete billing for product on 2/5/18. Asked them to cancel my order and used Amazon to order instead. Never use Beach Audio again. Plus Walmart lost my business."
"I ordered a desktop from them through amazon and it came with a faulty Ethernet port. I requested a return and replace and they denied the replace but will accept the return, so I called them. They basically directed me to every other company besides them to deal with it when it was just one simple question. I will not be buying from this company again"
"Purchased a television through Walmart.com. Order was filled by Beach Audio. Within 2 months the television stopped working and they would not return the TV because we didn't keep the box. (Who keeps the big box a television comes in?!) Walmart will not accept the return in the store. NEVER PURCHASE FROM WALMART.COM. Other reviewers stated Beach Audio is known for reselling used as new. I'm afraid this may have been what happened to me. Buyer beware!"
