"I've made several purchases from Beach Audio and have overall been very satisfied with quick shipping and the best prices for what I purchased.
My most recent purchase of the Saitek X52 Pro proved to be a bit dissapointing. Beach shipped quickly and the product at my door in two days!
Sad part is UPS beat the package up pretty good but the surprise was that Beach shipped a badly damage box b4 UPS did the extra damage. I called Beach and they wanted to charge me for product replacement and would refund after they received my product or RMA and wait.
I thought that was unfortunate as I did not pay to have have a damaged product and the wait or extra charges to get it replaced as the lights flickered on the MFD. Saitek said it was electrically damaged.

I will continue to buy from Beach Audio as I have in the past.
I place another order with them for other accessories several days ago but found it will not arrive as fast as it is not due until next week.

I do wish Beach Audio would use Fedex as UPS really don't appreciate the residential business with long delays and often damages. Fedex even delivers on Saturdays and no additional or insane charges."
