Ordered it on 04/09/24 late at night. It was on my doorstep on 04/11/24. That's how fast they shipped it. Amazon does not always have the best price either. The price was much better at Beach. The quality of the box is outstanding. Only thing bad was the way it was boxed up in a very thin cardboard box and it was badly beaten up. The cardboard box, not the speaker box I bought. It did not have a scratch on it anywhere. "
"Camping World wanted $330 and would be 4 to 6 weeks for delivery. Got the same rv thermostat for less than $220 and had it delivered to my house in 3 days. This was also through the Walmart app. to Beach Audio. "
"Ordered some latex gloves , was sent the wrong one. Ok things happen no big deal. Waited a week for according what customer service told me was for the return phone call from there warehouse saying ok , we made a mistake you can go ahead and send him the correct ones and issue him a refund for the wrong ones. "I recently bought an Intel VROC (VROCSTANMOD) module here. It was shown as being in stock, which it was. It arrived as expected, brand new in a sealed antistatic bag. Intel sells these Intel-branded Virtual RAID on CPU "keys" (they're actually a small plug with a tiny circuit module integrated into it) for server motherboards. Various computer mfrs also sell them, branded variously as "HP" or "Lenovo" or such, and charges 2-3 times more for what turns out to be the identical key. Beach Audio had the lowest price, and has a decent return policy, so I though I'd take a chance and order it.
Shipping not the fastest, but free via USPS First Class service. No complaints!"
"I ordered a PC case from Beach Audio on Amazon and they did not even begin shipping after 3 days, despite their stated "same day shipping. I then cancelled my order from Beach Audio and bought the same case from a different vendor off Newegg, who promptly shipped. After Beach Audio received my cancellation, they ignored it, and FINALLY shipped, so now I have two of the same case being shipped. Beach Audio is not responding to my messages, and if other reviewers' anecdotes are accurate, they are surely going to make me pay to return it, thus screwing me over on return shipping costs as revenge for my cancellation. VERY SHADY and untrustworthy seller. DO NOT buy anything from them."
"EDIT BELOW. Bought a tower from them as new. The top is scratched DEEP with clear buff marks trying to make it look better.
I found out trying to clean the case that it is in mint condition and what I saw was a wrap. I both am impressed and feel awful as it is the most realistic looking wrap I've ever seen to the point I just unquestionably thought it was the tower."

"They actually have product stock, but do not ship same day - and worse they send you an make-belive email the same day announcing shipping, but sit on the package for a day or more before bothering to give it to the shipping company. "ordered something from beachaudio via newegg, waited >1 wk and did not receive any status update on the product and decided to try another vendor. Ordered from different vendor and was instantly updated on the product with a shipping label so decided to cancel with beachaudio. however, when i sent cancellation request, beachaudio sees the request and decides to create shipping label and tries to expedite shipping to me, and tells me I can't cancel the order now.
I was then instructed to try to refuse delivery but they gave me wrong info on which fedex tracking number they used to ship with and told me to expect package delivery by june 21st only to see that the package shipped via fedex was actually from a diff date that kind of messed everything up...
pretty sure i also can't refund this product anymore, as it was also a package "unable to be held at fedex facility" and "no signature required delivery" at the same time, so it was pretty screwed in either way.
so now i have an extra package from this seller which honestly is kind of annoying that they decided to pull this stunt. I wonder if i tried to cancel the instant i ordered from them if they would just end up shipping the item instantly and tell me they cant process the cancellation. Maybe that was the play this whole time oh well, but yeah just as a FYI in future don't buy from these ppl and buy from a diff person and expect you would be able to successfully cancel from beachaudio. kind of sketch tbh"
"Bought a Power Supply from ebay, but when I got it it was used and defective. So I returned it, but they haven't issued me a refund since a month. And whenever I contact them they say refund will be issued in 4-5 days which never happens."

"I placed an overnight express order at 8:30am their time on Tuesday. They had told me that if I placed an order before 11am there time it would go out same day. I called them back within an hour and asked If I could cancel the order (I had read a lot of bad reviews after the order). They said yes they would cancel it. They told me if it had already gone out, I could refuse it, if not I'd be refunded at the end of the day. It was a $580 order. I have called them every day for the 4 days. I don't have the order and they have not provided a refund. I get told a different story each day. I did not realize they were a drop-ship company - they don't actually process any orders. They told me they couldn't get a response from the drop-shipper. Stay Away. "
