"I ordered a fire extinguisher quick release mounting bracket for my sand rail. They sent the wrong part and refuse to pay return shipping back. Customer service (what a joke) said the picture may not always match the part and they sent what I ordered so I would have to pay return shipping. "order placed in late October - Nov 1 was the ship date of all the items almost $700.00 worth. had to call various times to get them to ship out the correct items - I always have to wait an additional 24 hours t so they can communicate with warehouse it is Nov 19th and I am still missing items and I have to wait another 24 hours. They do not want to give me a refund because "it is a missing item and it has already been shipped" -- per Veronica. I ask where because the tracking numbers and invoices show that everything was shipped except that item even though I have provided the missing item and part number to them about 3 times now. Prices are competitive I found some of the same items on Amazon and they were at a better price."
