"After waiting 10 days for my order to be shipped. I was told that. they never had the parts I ordered and the manufacturer was shipping them to me direct. After talking with the manufacturer, the manufacturer said there was no record of an order for me by Autoplicity. I'm now fighting to get a refund for and order that was never fulfilled. This was the first and last time that I will never order anything from this company again."

"Do NOT do business with this company!! I ordered a bumper three weeks ago. I was told the tracking number would come in 1-3 business days. During this time they had no problem billing my credit card. They even charged me $100 for shipping when the website said it was free. When no tracking number came I called for an update and was told the tracking number would come the next day (Fri). Nothing. Called the next week and they said they needed to contact the distribution office and would get back to me the following day with the tracking number. Nothing. Two weeks later a (supposed) manager said they will escalate and have information for me the next day. Nothing. Finally they sent me a tracking number. A BOGUS TRACKING NUMBER. I called Fedex and they said the physical part was never delivered to Fedex to be shipped. Then Autoplicity told me that Fedex lost the item. Two days later they said UPS picked it up by accident. The next day they cancelled the order. During this three weeks waste of time we were paying storage fees to the auto repair shop while they wait for the bumper to arrive and rental car. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!"

"Ordered two sets of gaskets on Amazon. When they came in it was only one of each, not two of each that both Amazon and autoplicity stated on their website. Contacted autoplicity about missing one of each gasket multiple times and confirmed with sales that it was supposed to be two of each. Talked with a manager who was supposed to call me back but never did and then avoided my calls. Finally had to go through the BBB to try to get a resolution for the false advertising or missing pieces. Autoplicity agreed to refund me back half of what I paid which i was ok with. A month went by and I haven't recieved a refund yet so I called and they said they have to record of me responding but they put it through to refund me the money. They said it should take up to 7 days for it to show up. Another month went by and I still hadnt recieved the refund so I contacted them through the BBB again and they said "the refund has been issued so there's nothing we can do"
Long story short is they'll rip you off and lie to your face about it, stay far away from this company. 2 months later and I'm still waiting for my money"
