NEVER ORDER FROM AUTOPLISITY!!!!! This is a awe full company!!!! I ordered what was pictured a roof rack storage box and I got a boat lock not even close to what I ordered and what was pictured. I called Autoplisity to report this first time they hung up on me. The second time I got a very rude representative who said ya the storage box is in the picture we will send you a return reciept and in two weeks I will get a refund. TWO weeks really they are keeping my money for a item I don’t have. It was their mistake so they should make it right not keep my money and make me wait! I asked to speak to a supervisor and he wouldn’t put me through and hung up on me. NEVER EVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!"
