"VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I ordered 3 items and immediately realized 1 of them was wrong item and wanted to cancel and reorder. Unfortunately, instead of cancelling, they shipped my order after a day. They had enough time to cancel my order and fix my mistake. I have given them an opportunity to process my cancellation request but they were unable to cancel it.

"Absolutely the worst company I've ever dealt with! Stay away and dont buy from here terrible customer service. They made an Ebay listing stating the price was for a set, I literally waited a week to only get one rotor in the mail. Tried to return and they messed up on the shipping label, that got sent back to my house. They sent a new shipping label 5 days and three messages later and they send a screenshot of the pdf when asking if they could send me the pdf and not the screenshot because it was too blurry they replied with "that's how we send all labels, if you dont return the item within 5 days we have the right to refuse it." I edited the png image myself so FedEx could read it. They got my package last week as per the tracking number and I get a message stating to please return the package for a refund. Terrible! I went with a more reputable company and my brakes have been installed for three weeks already. Being a customer, I did my part. This company is terrible and I wouldnt recommend them to anyone, I even called right now to see the progress on my return, after waiting on hold for like 5 minutes(they have stupid trivia questions while you wait on hold) they just hung up and I had to call again. 0/5 stars if I could."
