"Well, I should have checked reviews on resellerratings.com before I placed my order. I placed my order on Apr. 27, 2012. I was hoping to receive my order in a few days. That wasn't the case. I received the order today on May 4, but that's not the worst part. The worst part is the communication or lack thereof. I have sent emails to the company, filled out their contact form, called them. I have received no response whatsoever.

I will never shop here again.

"Do not buy from this store. They will sell you a part and send you the wrong one. After you pay for return shipping then they charge 25% restokeing fee. all this for the wrong part, it cost more to buy here than to buy local after they screw you out of half your money."

"I will never do business with this store again. When I ordered my struts I called to make sure they were actually in stock before I ordered. The website and the person on the phone said they were in stock. I get an email today that my ship date has been pushed back another week. It a good thing I have another car to drive."

"I ordered my item on July 12. 2 days in with no communication I asked what the status was. I was told it was in one of their stores and it would ship within 3 days and I would be given a tracking number at that time. I waited another 10 days before emailing again only to be told I was lied to the first time, they did not really have the product and it is on backorder from the manufacturer. They then canceled my order. No apology, nothing. I later found out that the product is not actually made, at all. They sell a product on their site that does not even exist and they would not have refunded my money without action from me. Stay away from this company. "

"I placed an order I needed quickly and paid for UPS Next Day delivery. It is now 8 days later and I was just told yesterday it cannot be shipped by that method. According to their website it is still being "processed". Calling their so-called Customer Service only get a recording saying to leave a message. I will never use them again."

"Worst service and worst customer service I have ever encountered anywhere. They sent the wrong parts and refunded the cost of the parts only. I had to eat the shipping both ways..... to get the parts and to send them back!

I wrote an email asking for a credit at least for the shipping to receive the wrong parts and they refused. I called their customer service number but they did not answer the phone and did not return my call after I left a polite message.

"I've ordered from these people before and it's all great if they ship the right parts. However, if they don't, they have the worst, most unresponsive customer service of any merchant I ever dealt with. Out of sheer frustration, I just contacted my credit card company to dispute the charges. I think that's the only way to get their attention. Save yourself the aggravation and order your parts elsewhere. "

"I placed an order, (and paid), for one item on August 10, 2009.
The order description stated that the item "Usually ships the next business day."

One week later, (August 18, 2009), I contacted AutoBarn and requested the status of my order.
That same day, I received a response (via email) from AutoBarn Customer Service.
The email stated that, "The item (or items) that you ordered is a drop ship item...Drop-shipped items usually take an extra 7-10 business days to ship."
Again, the item description stated the item, "Usually ships the next business day."
Ultimately the item did not ship until September 10, 2009, one *month* after my order was placed.

Clearly AutoBarn was aware that the item would *not* ship "the next business day".
This item was meant to be a gift.
I never would have placed the order if I'd known the item would take, "7-10 business days to ship".
AutoBarns description was misleading at best, deceptive at worst.
That was my first and *last* order with AutoBarn.
