Refurbished item was like new, except with no retail box. It shipped at the end of next day. When you use their email system, sometimes you don't get replies. I used their Facebook contact and it was a turnaround time of about 48 hours. You will have to call them to get anything done, and they are not open 24/7 and not on weekends either. Their phone number is not listed on their website either making matters worse. I found it through Facebook.”
“Being a member since July 2015. I have purchased over 20 orders. Items typically vary from Ok to good quality. Recently, I received an item that was defective. I contacted their customer service, expecting not much from them, and they solved the problem with a refund. I'm happy it was that easy!
Don't count on their shipping speed though. It takes usually one week, not anytime sooner.
More to add for order at 12/26/2016: Problems with quantity of order received, and they fixed it. No complains”
“They released a T-Mobile promotion of $15 off an order. Apparently it stacked, and they canceled the order with no email, nothing. They closed the account as well. This is pretty bad professional behavior.
They could've fixed this from their end by not letting stack if anything, but they let it go and now I'm out of a $15 coupon I could've used better.
Order experience was alright, but they promoted a rebate from a third company and now they don't want to be held responsible for anything since the other company is backing out. This left me some bad taste. Don't promote anything that you don't want to be responsible! Simple as that”
“Filed for a rebate and nothing on the mail. Contacted them and they offered a magazine subscription. They just say that if you didn't get it in the mail then you didn't qualify the requirements and with no resubmissions. This is a scam.

Navigating the site is a pain and confusing. And I cannot list all movies with a range of price. Hovering over a movie gives you a "from" price for both rent/own. I have to click onto it to find the price to own it, that's really annoying”
Placed a sale, then with the free label, I shipped my item. 10 days later, I receive an email that they need more information. 7 days later, I receive the paypal payment. Note: PayPal subtracts 3% transaction fees.”

I learned about this website through an advertisement done by TigerDirect. At first I didn't believe what they were selling, but since it was through credit card and it has protection I thought I would give them a try.
They consist of being a cashback website, and also selling gift cards (including Amazon and other merchants) at a 25% discount, but you're only limited to two of each merchant (2x$25) per a certain amount of period of time.
I only bought the gift cards to try them out and they were legit.
I was also eligible to claim some cashback checks through items purchased through TigerDirect.
After receiving the gift cards and cashback I canceled the membership.
They are definitely legit, I just don't think I need their services really.”
