Had problem but they fixed all of them

"I will start off saying I did have issues with my purchases but AudioSavings help me with them all. I was scared because of the low reviews but at this point I wonder if the reviews are real. I brought the 15 in full range speakers and the 18 in subwoofers and the sound is amazing. I spent under 1200 for two 15in full range and 2 18in subs. I will say they sound just as good as some of those 4000 speaker systems. I’m very glad I gave Rockville and AudioSavings a chance. Very happy customer. Don’t believe all reviews try them for yourself. "

incompetent customer service

"Peavey Assisted Audio device. Love the product, hate the customer service. Farmers get better "service for their heifers" than I did.
Prior to the sale, I sent a fax and an email to the company with the NYS tax exempt certificate for our church, and in the email with the attached certificate, I included my phone number so they could call me if there were any problems.

I placed the order on Saturday (they are closed from 3PM Friday to Saturday)

When I ordered the unit I was charged mandatory NYS tax-- no problem, as I expected reimbursement. Therefore, I contacted them on the same day I purchased using both the fax, and email, attaching the same copy of the ST-119.1.

On 06/26, I called them @ 9:24, expecting to correct the TE issue. I was told that they could not refund it. Then the person, Maureen said that it was already out the door. I spend 22 minutes attempting to resolve the issue.

At 12:06, on 06/26, UPS sent me an auto generated email, meaning that the unit was scheduled for delivery, but not yet picked up. Hello John,
Your order 6326660 will be shipping to you via UPS and the tracking number is 1ZE35W314205769639.

In other words THEY LIED.

Just today before I wrote this (on Friday, 07/13) I called attempting to amicably resolve the issue. The guy I spoke to agreed to the facts I stated above, but then blamed me for sending the package to my home address instead of our church, and he was belligerently adamant that I was the one at fault.

When I told him that his company was incompetent, he then said that I was the one who was inc... I hung up on him, refusing to get down to that level. Five minutes, he called me back, and I refused to answer. He did not leave a message.

Of course, I can absorb the sales tax, but it is the principle of giving good customer service that I dislike.

Therefore, due to their poor customer service, they will get far more than $17.55 of negative reviews, because I am putting this in every retail rating website I can, as well as going to the BBB

Thieves

"This company robbed me!! Sold me blown speakers, so I sent them back and now they saying they NEVER got the speakers which is bull!!! And they refuse to replace the speakers or give me my money back. They robbed me for 100$.......scumming scammers "

Info on the rockvilleaudio PPA20 preamp, or rather a lack of it and lack of support.

"So far nobody there seems to know how the thing works. They refused to send a block diagram or schematic and claim not to even have on on hand to look for themselves. "

False Advertising!

"I purchased a stereo in December for a 2003 Subaru not realizing that I would not be able to get it installed for two months due to the Christmas rush. I was not concerned however because I thought, due to the advertising that I had purchased the correct radio. When Best Buy attempted to install it they told me it wouldn't fit. I took it to a second installer who told me the same thing. It clearly states on their website that the radio should fit. When I called the company the customer service rep was incredibly rude. He basically told me 90% of the time they don't fit and that I was out of luck because I was passed the 30-day return policy date. They obviously know that 10% of the time these radios don't fit and should advertise that on their website. They are the worst company I have ever done business with and I would not recommend them!6043310"

Worst Place To Ever Do Business With

"I ordered a battery.. So I'm home waiting for the battery, just happen to track the order it says delivered. So i email them, they tell me it was delivered its nothing they can do. . I got no battery... So $299.00 Just down the drain.. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!"

25 Emails later...and they taught me how to install it!

"I ordered a 12" Rockville Bass Tube Sub/Amp combo and x4 5.25" 3 way speakers for my car audio system. I hadn't realized that it was such a complicated install, and sought out some local shops to help. EVERYONE in town said "Sorry, we only install in house items eg. stuff we sell." Even my own mechanic I've been going to for 20 years said, paraphrased: "Well, we're kind of booked for the next couple months and audio isn't really our type of thing - although I'm sure Neil could do it... just not anytime soon." So I opened a return query to Audiosavings, from their ebay store, and they accepted. However, I also said "P.S. If you give me detailed instructions on how to install it myself, I won't need to return it." 25 emails later, and everything is hooked up. I'm a layman, never done this before, they were very helpful. Customer Service 5/5. Thank you Ethan B at audio savings."

A Rather Confused Company

"I ordered two Rockville subs and a Rockville amp from Audio Savings on Amazon marketplace. They got the order screwed up and ended up with two different shipments, the subs haven't arrived yet. Had issues with the crossover feature on the amp, the documentation and ads are vague at best, but I decided to just buy a crossover to deal with that from a different company, I knew I bought a low end amp, it works OK, obviously not the rated power but OK enough that I know it would't be worth the headache of weeding through their return process.

The funny thing is, I tried to call Rockville about it, they swear they are a completely different company from Audio Savings and indeed sell direct from their own website at the same prices and shipping. Imagine my surprise when I got the voicemail for Audio Savings instead of Rockville.

Even double checked the number and video recorded the webiste and the phone dialing the number for the record. Rockvilles number, Audio Savings voicemail.

Must have been to eager to get out the office Friday and got the machine switched wrong.

What a joke. I guess that's why so many reviews mention Audio Savings fondness for pushing the Rockville brand. Maybe they think it's better if no one knows Rockville is a poorly rated company's house brand?

Run away from these guys!!!!

"I bought a pair of speakers for my Harley from these guys through Amazon and when they arrived they were the wrong size for my bike. I had to jump through hoops and go through several 3rd degree emails to get a return auth. Apparently they had to check to see what size speakers my particular bike took before they would auth a return. I guess they thought I was a liar. So anyway, I repackage them EXACTLY like I received them except I put them in a different shipping box because the one they arrived in was damaged. I spent $20 to UPS them back and a month later I still hadn't gotten my refund. I emailed to no avail. Finally after having to go through Amazon I got my refund. Short $20!! I inquired as to why and they said a piece of insulation that was supposed to have been sent with the speakers wasn't there when they were returned. I never saw any insulation. I think they just came up with that so they could scarf me out of $20. So, I spent $80.00 and got back $40.00. Altogether a bad experience. These guys don't play nice. "

Worst Customer Service I Have Received In A VERY Long Time

"I purchased a blue tooth speaker, which stopped holding charge about 5 months into. I wrote a claim, which the company responded with having to send it in with all the paperwork and what not through certain carriers. Understandable.
I paid over $100 to send back the broken speaker (mind you I had already paid well over $250 for the speaker in the first place).
They sent back another speaker, completely busted up.
Going back and forth with them about it coming back to me in worse shape than when it had been sent in, they claim that I did not send it through the right carrier and so on.
I finally just dropped it. I will be throwing out the speaker because they will not be giving me any sort of refund for their product, writing a review to let others know that it was not the product, its the company themselves and having to deal with them if any sort of upset comes along.
I would recommend going through another company by any means. I will never purchase from them again.

Paid them money, never received order

"I spent $250 for recording equipment and fed ex was supposed to deliver. I never received my order. I have been begging audiosavings for 9 months to resolve this and they haven't done a thing so basically I paid them $250 to make my life hell and full of stress. And I don't know what to do or who to contact anymore."

Worst Customer Service ever!

"I ordered 2 sets of Polk speakers for my motorcycle on July 1st. Payment came out of my account on the same day. On July 3rd I had an email confirmation that my order was shipped via UPS and was given a tracking number. I was promised delivery by July 10th.
July 10th came and went, but no speakers. So I attempted to contact this Company.
I was initially told, again, that the speakers had shipped on July 3rd, so I would now have to contact UPS to find out where my shipment was.
I contacted UPS and learned that a shipping label had in fact been created, but they never received the package from Audio Savings to ship. From July 3rd until the day that I wrote this review, UPS never received the item for shipment.
I have since attempted to contact Audio Savings to cancel my order, so that I could go with a more reliable company, but now they refuse to return my emails, or answer my requests for a refund.
I have had to resort to contacting ebay and Paypal to assist me in getting satisfaction from this company.
If you are in the market for electronics, do yourself a favor and find another vendor.
Audio Savings in my opinion has the worst Customer Service I have experienced in a long time.
