I ordered 2 items, and after telling me that 1 item shipped from California in a different package, they provided me with a bogus UPS track number that never went active. Asked for my money back, no answer. Filed a Paypal claim, then they claimed my order shipped complete in the first package, which was a complete lie. Paypal of course closed the case when they sent them the tracking number of the 1 piece that did arrive. Legalized theft. Stay away, or buy at your own risk. I can see from the other bad reviews, that I am not the first to receive this poor service. Too bad for me. Live and learn..."

"I saw alot of reviews about this company after I already ordered and i was concerned to say the least. The fact they have two company names audio saving and rockville audio also had me concerned. But so far the product i ordered has been amazing. I asume alot of people who dont know much about audio and blew there products are responsible for alot of these bad reviews. But so far its been a good purchase for me. But im only one day in and its working great tuned correctly. Sent me wires all of them and a sub with box and amp built in sounds great for 120 bucks cant beat that anywhere. "

They were very nice fast i got the wiring 3 days later i hooked it up sounded great i still have my 3 12s in my garage wife didnt want them in the odyssey but my experience was great i will order from them again "

Out of 100 people 96 are saying don't buy and 4 saying buy then something is wrong with your company and your products or do the math yourself. "Purchased a DJ Pro Table II from them in June. It came with two Rockville synchronized, rotating lights. Had problems with one of the lights and returned it on 6/21. Was supposed to have a replacement sent out in 5-6 weeks. That’s a long time for a company that is a Rockville distributor. I waited. They never followed up with me. I messaged them on 8/7/19 and they responded on 8/8/19 saying it would be another 2-3 weeks. I messaged again on 8/27/19 and now they state it will be another 2-3 weeks. So 9/13/19 is the new date they gave me. Waited until 9/19/19 to contact them again. They tell me it’s still showing In Process! Over promising and under delivering is bad business. Failing to deliver is the doom of a business! Buyer beware when purchasing from this company!"
"My karaoke machine quit working I contacted customer service they sent me a prepaid return label.I returned machine, after a reasonable period of time I contacted them and was told it was being processed I waited and contacted them once more this time service rep said it had not been repaired yet so he was going ship a new one at their expense.I know they lost money but they did was right and gained a customer should the need arise.I would recommend to company to anyone. I ordered an amp and it arrived defective, no sound at all coming from the amplifier, contacted them and they had the audacity to have me pay $32 for a return shipment on a defect that was never my fault to begin with. I shipped the item and I never got a refund nor got any replies from them, i actually had to FILE A CLAIM through amazon for them to actually budge OVER A MONTH LATER. Never fgot my reimbursement for the shipment with them, but Amazon was kind enough to send me the money at their expense. AUDIO SAVINGS IS TERRIBLE COMPANY ALL THEY DO IS SCAM AND TRY TO SCREW YOU OVER"
"I purchased this 18’ sub and after a month and never used at a set, started sounding distorted and weak. I called and emailed for weeks and weeks and finally got someone who told me my amp plate was bad. I told him that was not the issue so they sent the plate. The speaker still sounded weak and rattled and now I am being told that it is the woofer itself. I was told by this guy named O that it was in stock and he was it was going to be shipped the next day. That was over a month ago. No replacement and still Brit lied to. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM AUDIOSAVINGS. THEY ARE CROOKS AND WILL TAKE YIUR MONEY AND LIE TO YOU over and over and over!!!! I am telling you guys this so you won’t waste your time and money here. If you still buy from them don’t say you were not warned. How are they still in business?"
"Placed order with AudioSavings on May 1 with delivery by May 8. Packages did not arrive by the 8th, so I checked UPS tracking on May 9, which showed a UPS label created on the 2nd, but no updates after that. I saw that my payment was processed on May 2.
Called AudioSavings on May 9. Guy that I spoke with said it looked like my orders never left their dock and asked me if they should re-ship the order. I said yes. On May 13, I still hadn't received an email or text update that order had shipped again. I called AudioSavings again on the 13th and was put on hold for a long time, eventually leaving my call-back number with their promise that my call was in queue and would be returned in the order it was received. They never called.
After not getting a call-back, I sent an email to AudioSavings on the 13th, explaining my situation and asked for an update. Received an email response on May 15th that said order was re-processed on the 13th and shipment will be delivered by the 17th. I noticed that the new shipping label was created a couple of hours after I emailed them, which was 4 days after the guy I spoke with said he was re-processing the order. It seems clear that if I hadn’t kept contacting them, they never would have shipped my parts and likely would not have refunded my payment. I guess we’ll see if the shipment arrives this time…
I will NEVER be ordering equipment from AudioSavings again, and advise others to use caution before ordering from them, as well. From my experience, this is a very shady organization.

"Bought their HTS56 5.1 home theatre system off of Amazon I liked the sound quality, however the bass overpowered the clearness of the sound. It had enough bass to annoy the neighbors a few days. However it did not last long(about 2 days later to be exact) . The receiver got hot and the bass went out. It's a SCAM either replacement or refund it's Gonna cost you about $90 just to return the item from CA to NY even though the product shipped from CA. The seller suggests to send it back to NY. So it's not even worth returning it and your left with a box full of uselessness. I would avoid them it's not worth the time or your money."
