I understand the reviews, but I’m also realistic

"A reviewer mentioned in here that aidiosavings had 2.5 million sales and over 600 negative reviews. Though any negative review is bad, that ratio isn’t really that bad at all.
I had a problem with a defective cable for a headrest monitor and contacted audiosavings to have a replacement sent. The sales guy, Alex, was nice and sent one immediately no questions asked. Unfortunately it was the wrong cable for my system so after I sent a couple emails, pictures of what i need vs received, and calling to follow up, I was sent exactly what I needed. Carlos, the sales guy I dealt with the most, was very diligent on fixing the issue and even emailed me to check on the shipping progress and project progress.
I had started this project with a friend who passed away before it was completed so finishing it was very very important.
If you have a problem, it’s impirtant to be persistent. This is a small group of people dealing with thousands of calls a day, it’s easy to lost track of a customer. There is definitely a disconnect somewhere in the line of communication but they went out of their way to assist me even when it meant they lost money, and I’m very happy with my monitors

They sell a used broken product representing it as a new product on Walmar

"The store sells fake used products representing it as new on walmart. Thay demanded for 10% of the money before they can cancel the order and also demanded 40$ shipping fee. Beware!!!"

"I’m not saying they are all around bad... but they have horrible communication with return policies and email customer service. Make sure you call before you return anything or they will make you pay for shipping."

Rockville Audio = Audio Savings = Garbage.

"This place is a complete scam. I was warned about them from a friend who actually knew someone who worked there. But I thought, cant be that bad, they have a ton of ebay and amazon reviews on many products so I figured why not. I bought the house brand "Rockville" 4 channel amp for my girls car and some wiring and installation gear(fuses/fuse holders). This was around November 2017. Not only was every part of the order was wrong, the entire process was a nightmare. 1) It took over 3months to get my order. Every single time I emailed or called about it, "Oh we are sorry, the warehouse messed up blah blah blah" Call them up and I swear they have maybe 3 people working there and they know absolutely nothing about audio. After 2 months, I tried to cancel and get a refund, but nope their policy does not allow you to cancel the order once they claim its in transit. 2) They. lie. A LOT. I was told maybe 30 times my order was shipped and given a bunch of run around for tracking numbers. One guy even came on the phone claiming to be the owner, and give me some BS story about how "they just bought a new warehouse and blah blah blah," they love to blame the warehouse on everything 3) I finally get my packages around the ending of Jan. They sent a 5 channel amp instead of 4. I ordered 20ft of zero gauge wire, they sent maybe 50ft of 4g(BTW the knowledgable sales staff had no clue on the difference between 4g & 0g) As you can imagine I was extremely **** off at this point. It took another THREE months to get a refund. Why so long? Because they argued that they ONLY give refunds back within 14 days of purchase. Even though it took 3months for them to deliver AND they sent me the wrong products, I STILL had to pay a 10% restocking for items I did not order or even USE. I should also mention the entire sales staff was fired, because everyone I spoke to in the ending of Jan were all new employees. It was maybe 4 different people, and none of them had any idea about my order. AND after all of this, they tried to offer me $20 dollars to change my review of them on ebay! This is what buying from Audio Savings is like. Stick to Sonic, Woofersetc even Amazon. Audio Savings are not worth the time+money or hassle. "

LIARS and RIP offs

Cracked speaker, no refund

"One of my speakers arrived cracked. I sent it back using the label they sent me, and they said they never received it! Now they refuse to give me a refund! This company is a total scam! Do not buy anything from them!! They don’t stand behind their products! Don’t be fooled by their cheap prices!"

Rip off

"Nothing works right and they wanna send me another remote. Hello. It dosent work either way. The eq. Nothing. Radio. Not sure whats wrong. Bluetooth. Lol. More like blueballs. They just sent me some junk somebody else sent back. It stops here. Ill modify cabnets so it dont get passed on again. Can i get a thx. This company should not be in business. They **** bad. "

Broken product. Horrible customer service

"I bought a portable Rockville GB1 PA system for my business. I have an event coming up soon, so it was crucial that I received something that actually worked. One of the speakers had a broken input rendering it useless. I filed a return request on Amazon and heard nothing for a couple of days and filed a claim with Amazon. Finally, AudioSavings emails me and asks me whats wrong with the item (I was pretty clear about that in the return request already). I reply and then get an email with just a return label, no postage. I email them back several times asking for return postage. Nothing. I contact them on Facebook, nothing. So here I am forced to return a defective unit at my own expense (over $100 in shipping), and still nothing from them. They better refund me in full with the cost of my return shipping. This is ridiculous."

Horrible customer service

"Bought Rockville DVD headrests. One didn't work and had to pay to ship back. They said they fixed it and sent it back. This time it wouldn't even display the screen. Wanted me to send back AGAIN and at my cost so they could try to fix a second time. No thanks, I had to open claim to get my money back from them. IMHO pay a bit extra for a decent maker. Rockville are cheap that will not last and Audiosavings does not know what they are doing. Go someplace else to buy, or it will cost you time and money. "

RockvilleAudio or AudioSavings ? Hopes were shattered then crushed up into little pieces

"Purchased a ROCKnGO from www.rockvilleaudio.com thinking I may get a nice unit from a relatively new company. Somehow AudioSavings began corresponding with me in addition to Rockville, this was the first tipoff something was amiss.

UPS left the unit at the door, it arrived in a RETAPED BOX.
Opened it to check it out, the front grill had DENTS in it and there were SCUFF MARKS on the side.
It completely appeared to be a repackaged USED item.

Turned it on and tried the bluetooth only to find out that whenever a bluetooth device connected to the unit it would produce a STATIC sounding noise from the RocknGo that does not happen on any other bluetooth items I have. So also add on that it was a DEFECTIVE item which they later tried to tell me I must have been using the bluetooth wrong.

It took an excessive amount of emails over multiple days and only after mentioning a credit card dispute did they offer to send a RMA and accept the return. This "friendly return policy" www.rockvilleaudio.com/friendly-return-policy/ was not anything close to my experience.

They've had the returned item for OVER 2 FULL WEEKS and I still have not received the promised refund.

I didn't know they were even connected to "AudioSavings" until after I ordered the item and from what I see here others probably didn't know it either. Seems like this is why they use the two different company names in hopes they can collect more customers money before enough customers catch on to their business practices.

Save yourself time, money and stress by spending more and getting what you have ordered from one of the more well known businesses.

Horrible horrible horrible

"Ordered a two speaker set with mics and amp for my kids four weeks ago.
One speaker one amp two speaker stands and a mic stand delivered
Missing all cords and speaker.

I literally have been back and forth with them for them to want me to file a claim with UPS.
I wouldn’t lie and I spoke to UPS and they said that was all that shipped.

Terrible business and service. Don't buy from Audiosavings

"I should have read these reviews first!
I purchased a Samson microphone from Walmart.com and it was provided by Audiosavings.
There website says "Hassle Free Returns" and "Low price guarantee" - DON'T BELIEVE IT!!
The microphone quality was not good. I wanted to return it and Maureen put up every roadblock in my way
I still haven't gotten an RMA and this is after I'm told I have to pay return shipping AND a 10% restocking fee. Bogus!
I could have bought this from a lot of other companies and should have done just that.
STEER CLEAR OF AUDIOSAVINGS!!

Caught in a loop

"Bought the Soundstream vrn-65hxb in hopes of having many features at a great price. When I tried the navigation settings the letters or numbers would show multiples in the same character. When I sent it back they sent me a second radio and it had the same results. They can't refund me because of the original 30 warranty I had on the 1st radio. AS is willing to keep sending me radios that are defective. Their is a disconnect between the manufacturer and the seller. In the meantime I have been stuck with double the installation fees. I hope this message reaches anyone so they don't waste their money like I have. As Bobby would say in Supernatural, BALLS!!!"

Ughhh...why didn't I read these reviews before I bought!!

"I bought a navigation receiver for my car, a 2012 kia optima sx. I went to a business that installs these for a living and they were lost on how to install it! It came packaged really well and appeared new. It was supposed to fit my car perfectly, but it didn't. I tried to write a review on their website, but it magically kept disappearing. Damn, I feel stupid"

No customer service

"Ordered rockmat 50 sq ft 8-15-18 through eBay and pay pal. Audio savings says it has been shipped. UPS never had it in thier possession. I tried to get through to customer service. I waited on hold several times. Never got through. After 25 minuets on hold they disconnect. No response to email either. I guess I’ll have to contact ebay and pay pal. They don’t have a problem accepting payment but sure have a problem with shipping. Never again! "
