Dose nothing on fixing

"Do not buy from these people Will not fix shipment coming in damaged or not useful Yeah sent a Rockville rock on 7 back because of the display messed up upside down And illegible They kept for 2 months and sent me the same one back with the same problem Would have been better going with a trusted dealer"

I was super scared looking at the reviews,but

"I had a good experience with this company! I ordered pods(open box) for my slingshot and everything arrived a couple of days later with everything I needed for the install. It may be hit or miss with this company,but I will order again if needed."

So happy with my purchase!!

"Okay… I literally came to this site after I bought my Rockville sub for my SA system. I saw these reviews and I was so scared! What made me come and look was because my sub was suppose to be here on a certain day and when I checked UPS or Fed Ex .. I forget which one… my package had been stuck in a certain state with no expected date to be delivered. I got sooooo scared. I called Fed Ex (I believe) I was so bothered and thought my package was lost or stolen or this was a fraudulent company. I started googling reviews and came her. Was like… great!!

One day later my tracking was updated and it said replaced damaged label and it was on its way and I would get two days later.

My sub was delivered and it was so beautiful and worked greeeat! People were asking us if we did parties, if we would. We’re like, whoa you guys just have that at home? Saying it was a sweet setup!

We used it for our daughters drill team send off show for Nationals. I will buy another one when I have the funds to do so!!

P.S I was stressed about sub making it on time because of the delay on Fed Ex. I reached out to Audio Savings and they responded back and forth right away. It was late in the evening as well. Very pleasant.

I’m sorry others had a bad experience, but mine was great. Not their Fault Fed Ex held it hostage in the middle of nowhere. I told myself I was going to remember to write a review because I saw how horrible the reviews were.

Incompetent at best

"Ordered a Bluetooth surround sound speaker to use in my garage. It arrived broken. I advised them 3x that the card used to buy the item was no longer open and the refund would need to be an Amazon credit, or they could send me a working speaker. I week after I sent the broken item back I get an email that says they are refunding my money to the closed account.. of course there is no number to actually speak to someone, so now I wait.... never again. Stay clear of this company unless you’re a Jets fan and are used to the disappointment "

Scary

"ordered from rockville in NY..invoice $369 and change for a mtx 12 double setup ported with a 500 monoblock mtx and a bass knob...so i get a receipt for 279 from audiosavings on the west cost...i thought this was a lil **** up since my 369 had already came out the bank...i called..actually got a real person to talk to..they tried to break it down..still sounded shifty..i got spooked and canceled my order...took 3 weeks but got my cash back...ordered the same setup from target..got it in 2 days"

Horrible Company

"I bought a 1000 watt amp. It didn’t last literally 3 minutes before it overheated. I ended up going with a different company that sold me a true 400 watt amp that works great to this day. I immediately returned my 1000 watt amp. They initially told me it was a common problem, then asked me to take my entire system out, wires and everything, replace the wires and redo the system. I said heck no, I want a refund. They accepted my return, now 3 weeks after they accepted my return and haven’t issued a refund, they decide to send me another amp. Horrible customer service. A total waste of time. Very cheap products. NOT THE PLACE TO GO."

Buyer Beware

"After the company told me the speakers I ordered won't work with my system I told them to cancel the order, they didn't. Instead I get to go through the hassle of sending them back. Very POOR customer service.
The way they made me feel was that they have so many customers that they DO NOT need new ones. JUST STAY AWAY.

"*DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH AUDIO SAVINGS*
To make this review quick I'll just tell you that my experience dealing with this company uncanny with all the negative reviews you read here. Currently my shipment tracking says my order is to be delivered by the end of today but I also noticed the only and last update to the shipment is: "Label created FedEx not in possession of package". I contacted fedex for an update and they confirmed that they had not received the package. I then contact AudioSavings customer service ( should be called Customer Disinformation and Deception Services). These snakes tried to dodge all my questions with empty handed answers. They claim that all they know is what the FedEx tracking shows and they can't tell me where the package is untill fedex updates the tracking info. I inform C.S. I have already spoken with FedEx and confirmed they have not received the package from audiosavings. After pulling teeth with customer service for 2 hours I find out that audiosavings is indeed and knowingly still in possession of my purchase and they initially withheld that knowledge I suspect in order to deter me from cancelling the purchase. So naturally I cancel the purchase and request a refund. Now I'm told that they can't release the refund until fedex is in possession of the package. WTF??? ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? So this where I'm at... Audiosavings has possession of both the item I purchased and possession of my money and they won't refund me until they have fedex come to pickup the package at which point they can begin the return/refund process. They make it pretty obvious at this point that they hold all the cards and my options are to continue with the sale and patiently wait for them to deliver the product at their convenience or they are going keep the money from my payment in a purgatory like limbo untill they solve their issue with FedEx if I decide to cancel the order. Merry Christmas everyone... Wish me luck

"Sold me a faulty wiring harness and I have been waiting a month for a replacement. They can send new products you buy in a couple days but I get nothing but canned emails saying they will get to me when they can."

audiosavings lied , really is a scan i feel like

"order a item from audiosavings on may31,pay in full ,item posting estimate deliver day between June4-june 10,seller created a shipping label with ups on june 1,i have been tracking with ups about the package, 10 days past no ups update, contact seller ,seller said package already shipped, i call ups ,ups said thye seller have not send ups the package yet, i contact seller,seller issue me a retuen label which i have not even recive the package,if that is not a scan,what it is?ask seller for refund with no respond,have contact ebay and paypal have them step in help,do not buy anything from audiosaving,and i have try other dealer for same item, it all treace back to audiosaving,so becareful,u may still buy from the audiosaving with different name, this is first time i have to go mto distance to get this resolve,how can they still in business,what BBB really for?nothing!"

Audiosavings has poor communication and customer service

"I dislike the fact that the Audiosavings sent it later than stated on site. Also Audiosavings have poor customer service they told me one thing before the item was sent back and then end up doing something else once it was returned. Audiosavings have poor Communication they don’t get back in touch with you for three days after you emailed them. They caused it to be late for me to refuse the package since I received it late & proposed their labels for me to send the item back but charged me when I could’ve returned them for free. The items were in the same packages as they sent it, I never even opened them."

"They took 3 days per reply to answer my questions about a refund and as soon as I bring the item to the store and get rejected for having the wrong package label... THEY STOP ANSWERING. Horrible Company
