"Ordering couches during a pandemic means you can actually go see the thing you are about to drop thousands of dollars on. That can be terrifying. But after seeing velvet couches all over instagram and comparing cost I bought 2 couches and a matching ottoman from Article. They have the style and best price when I did my cost comparison. I cannot say enough about how great their customer service is. I was able to quickly chat with a real person ( yes, I said a real person) on a Sunday afternoon. I was able to get a COI for my apartment building so they could deliver the couches in a day. I am so happy with the quality of the couches and ottoman and really happy to be an Article customer. I purchased two pieces from the Quadra Modular series. I'm very happy with the lounge section, very comfortable and spacious. The arm module is also good, it just has a slightly firmer seat and because of this it feels more rigid to sit on. Nothing a couple throw pillow can't fix, though it would've been nice to feel 5 star comfort without needing them. This is the only reason I docked a star, Otherwise I'm happy with my purchase and will look to Article again in the future!"
