I really appreciate the time and effort you took to help me with the order, from helping me understand the differences between "line voltage" and "low voltage" and the pluses and minuses of each, to making sure that every component of this assembly was in fact taken care of.
Your company should really be proud of you and how you treat their customers. Customer service is so hard to find in these busy times, especially in the "internet ordering" environment... but you are one of a kind that takes time to work with the customer, understand their needs and then makes sure that the order is placed and fulfilled correctly.
Thanks so much and as soon as our kitchen is complete, which we are estimating total completion around the first of April, I will be sending you several shots of the lighting in place... which will make our kitchen just "pop"...."
