"I was very disapointed with my order. I had a simple order of 3 pendant lights. After 3 weeks of not receiving my order, I called to check on it. Come to find out that the finish that I ordred was apparently backordered until the middle of April (was someone going to contact me and let me know?) unless I would switch to antique bronze. The sales person emailed me a picture of the bronze one and I agreed to switching finishes as long as it had the crackle glass. The sales person switched my order and told me it would be here in a couple of weeks. 2 weeks passed and still no lights! After finally recieving my order I was very disapointed with the finish witch looked like a antique brass instead of bronze (it looked nothing like the picture that I was emailed.) It didn't have the crackle glass, and one pendant had completely differesnt decrative screws than the other two. I had the pendants installed because I figured It would be another 3 months before I would maybe get the right ones and I didn't want to wait any longer. I'm still waiting on the crackle glass. The sales person was very nice, but the actual service from the company was no good."

"I searched high and low for the perfect "Arts and Crafts" style fan. After narrowing it down to this beautiful, more than I expected, "Prairie Transitional Ceiling Fan" I had to figure where to purchase it - Arcadian turned out to be the perfect place. Everywhere else it was listed either had way too long a wait for shipping or no guarantee of being in stock or poor seller ratings. Well, the decision was easy so I went with Arcadia, the fan arrived promptly and is a work or art unlike the common junk available in the "HUGH" Home (swallow up the small guy) sorta stores.
