"As always, my order from Arcadian arrived promptly, packed appropriately, with all items and instructions included. The item exceeded my expectations and my sister commented that it was exactly the type of fixture she had been searching for but unfortunately, she didn't look online at Arcadian Lighting (the best place to shop for lighting fixtures, in my opinion). I had been looking at this particular fixture for a few months and when it when on sale recently, I ordered it. Of course, while I was on their site, I shopped for a few other fixtures I needed and found the perfect ones. Shopping at Arcadian is extremely easy, the site is well-organized, descriptions and details are always complete, and the comparison feature really helps me make the final decision on just which fixture is best for me. A couple of times when I've had a question on some specific issue, their responsee has been immediate and complete. Prices and quality are exceptional and I really don't see any reason to shop anywhere else for lighting fixtures."

"I am highly satisfied with results of doing business with Arcadian for a number of reasons:
* Order arrived promptly - within about one week. I believe everything arrived on August 5. Packed well.
* These are not yet installed, but I have opened boxes and everything looks good.
* I compared Arcadian Lighting prices to sale prices through my local stores, and Arcadian pricing was better than upcoming local sale. Arcadian also provided free shipping and an additional 5% first time buyer discount.
* In addition, the local store said that delivery would take another 3 weeks for the fixtures.
I believe in buying locally if possible if pricing is not significantly higher. However, the lengthy time for delivery from my local dealer was unacceptable in my opinion.
Altogether this was a good experience.

"Three items were ordered and were shipped promptly. One of the items was missing a minor part (a single nut). I used the online link to request a replacement; they responded promptly and shipped a replacement part ... unfortunately, it was the wrong one. Once again, using the online service, they were very responsive and after a few days, finally did ship the correct part .... about 12 of them! Bottom line -- they were responsive, didn't give me a hard time and did their best to satisfy my needs. I'd use them again. "

"Original items ordered showed in their data base as discontinued, and they thought they were out of stock. Turned out the warehouse had the originals, in the amount I needed, and shipped them directly. (The originals took both incandescent and CFL lights, but in candelabra base. The updated versions only took the CFL lights, and in standard base.)

I received prompt and personal attention to my order. When the change had been noted during processing, I received a direct phone call from "Andrea" with Arcadian Lighting Customer Service to clarify the updated information with me, and make sure the order was exactly as I wanted before putting it through, as there was a slight price increase for the updated version.

Once I received my order, it turned out the changes had not been needed, and I was refunded promptly and with an apology for the confusion.

The items ordered (4 ceiling fan light kits) were in perfect condition, all parts included, (except bulbs, but that's SOP.) installation instructions were easy to follow, and they look beautiful!
