"I ordered shocks from them for my washer from a Google search. They listed the wrong part. I didn't know and ordered them. I also paid for shipping. When the shocks came in, they didn't fit. I asked them to send a shipping label for a return and refund. They refused to pay for shipping. The email from them was "we are not paying for shipping, period". They also stated that Google was not a legitimate search."

I order something with expedited shipping. Every time emailed to say, where is my order, I got a canned response. They didn't look into my order. They don't care about their customers. They do no hold themselves accountable AND I still don't have my refund.
I'm sick of companies like this. Buyer beware. These people are horrible. "
