"Part was broken upon delivery and I didn’t notice until I put a little pressure on it during the installation and the crack opened right up, so I had to remove it again. I called and left a message, because no one answered, but never got a call back. I paid a bunch of money for a part I can’t use. I guess I should not have ignored all of the bad reviews. I will never buy anything here ever again. "

"On Fri, Oct 21, 2022 I ordered a part their website said was in stock. They informed me it was back ordered (after taking my $150). As of June 2023, all I have received is responses to my emails with excuses (shipping is delayed, etc.) and no refund."

"Ordered a part on Oct 12, 2021 and received order confirmation with an estimated shipping date of 2-9 business days. On Oct 14, 2021 received an email informing me this part was BACKORDERED. I checked the status of this order in April 2022; it remained on BACKORDERED. On Dec 1, 2022, I requested this order be cancelled and my $66.14 be refunded. I was informed via email from Bryan that a check would be issued to me for this amount. This refund amount has never been received even after a Jan 24, 2023 email checking on the processing of this refund. Another email on March 1, 2023 was sent informing this company of their negligent refund process.
This truly frustrating example of poor customer service should make any potential customer fearful of doing business with such a corrupt, unprofessional and unethical business entity.
I submitted a claim to the Consumer Protection Division of my states Attorney General's Office since Appliance Parts 365 ignored all my attempts to resolve this situation with them."
