"The first rep lied to me exclaiming that I need to add one of their optical drives to the notebook otherwise it would not boot, the second rep (a technician) told me that all the notebooks they had left came with optical drives and he would put me on a waiting list and it would be shipped to me if they get any more in but I wouldn't get my money back. He was rude and had bad information. They did give me my money back and I would have to re-order later if it came in. The third rep helped me but I had to call him twice before he looked around the other stores for me and it cost me $50 more to get it from the other store. I was looking forward to the purchase but the service was not great. Thank you third rep for at least looking around."

"This company did not disclose to me in the order process that it takes 5 days to assemble a barebone computer system before shipping. It was only after I called to inquire when it would ship that they informed me of this. But, they offered to ship it unassembled, which I accepted, and it was shipped completely assembled one day after my order. I was very pleased with the outcome."

Further, they didn't indicate they couldn't ship part of it because it was backordered, and most of the sales dept. was clueless believing the item should've shipped. "I just bought a notebook from this company. It got here fine and the system is as advertised but their customer support is horrible. They wanted me to leave feedback for them on some websites but they wouldn't answer my questions. When they finally got to answering my questions I had answers like "That is a windows issue" , or "no we don't sell a two prong power adaptor but you could just break the third prong off the one you have". And those great answers only came after four or five times writting back and forth. Yeah they'll sell ya a good computer and they'll tell you they will give you customer service, but that customer service is worthless. I wish I had not bought from them after going through the ordeal of having three seemingly simple questions answered."

"Mixed review actually. I got what I ordered on 06/04/04 and the equipment is great. My only complaint would be that it wasn’t shipped until 06/14/04 and it didn’t arrive until 06/22/04. That’s 12 business days or 18 real times days to get the equipment. I thought that was a little long. Other than that, I am very happy with the equipment and will use this vendor again."
