"Navigating the website is always easy to find what you are looking for and prices are always competitive. Knowing it had been a while decided to try a mystery box as it was something that we could use very much. The two before where OK knowing my odds of getting the prime prized box but thinking the third would come close was a dream turned horrible. It's called an LMG mystery box and there was no LMG associated with it all. We have had more service issues with the AEG that came in the box more than any other in the last 6 months and it wasn't an LMG variant, relation or adaptation unless i go and put a box mag on it myself. Specs undershoot our field expectations so we can either raffle it off, set it up as a rental that we paid over $200 for or violate warranties and upgrade it immediately and again set it up as a rental for over $200 for some person to bang around and hope the known electrical issues don't sprout up.
I think from now on mystery boxes are a no go for us and we will stick to what we are currently purchasing as more than half under the price that are working better. "

"I ordered several times from airsoft GI , each time I recieved wrong and or broken items , first package had a damaged Vest , mask , and the gun has the wrong parts compared to what was advertised , the second package had a broken speed loader which I decided to just fix myself , and the third dealing was with their "Spin to Win" game on their website , I won a item but it didnt trigger a win for whatever reason , so I took some photos both with my phone and on my laptop , sent them in and called customer support , to which they responded by accusing me of Fraud ?! , saying I edited the photos and that they were happy I wouldnt be a customer anymore I mean Honestly Who says that to a paying customer ! its unheard of ! , they have 2 reps that I spoke with on several occasions , a Michael , and an Aaron , both of which were entirely unprofessional and rude , please for the sake of your own frustration do NOT buy from these people , they will send broken stuff then demand you send it all back in a super specific way to which they can deny you claim just because ....and doing that will then take several WEEKS to get back to you , its embarassing really , there are many other places you can get your gear from , these guys also charge a ton for shipping , they have a BBB rating of D- and maaaany other customers have similar issues , just go to evike or airsoft megastore or anywhere else to spend that hard earned cash with a company that deserves it and respects their customers ! I have never seen a company that will openly allow its employees to accuse their customers of Fraud , especially on an open review , OH and another thing , on my first package I left a review for it , THEY get to check them and have to approve the review , of course mine never showed up on the website , so I posted one on facebook instead , save youself some wallet ache and time and just go somewhere else ! :("
