"Very pleased with my order just a little upset on how poorly it was packaged and shipped as when I got my aeg it was just rolling around in the box because the plastic mold holding it was in pieces in the box. When my scope arrived it did not work with the battery provided so I was a little worried but with a new different battery it worked just fine. Products and prices are awesome but for spending $500, I would’ve thought the packaging would be more durable and safe since it was being shipped across the country...other than that keep up the good work. "I ordered a sniper rifle through these guys and it came so I went to shoot it right out of the box nothing happened so I took the barrel out of the stock to inspect and noticed that the whole hopper unit was tightened incorrectly so I fixed it then I noticed a set screw holding the hopper in was stripped out at the barrel also the barrel was completely scratched up so on that note I asked them for a return or a replacement and I talked to him for a couple days then he stopped replying all together so a couple days go by and he finally gets back to me and says I have to pay to have it shipped back where they will go over the gun and send me a replacement well it took me 2 weeks just waiting on them to get me a return address so then I get a address from them and they say I have to pay for shipping so I go to ship it back and it cost almost as much as the gun so I paid the 68 bucks to ship it back. So 2 weeks later I get a email from them stating there is nothing wrong with the gun so I called and talked to 3 people and not one of the
Could find a stripped screw so now they are shipping the same busted **** gunback to me and this all took well over a month to complete. I hope this doesn’t happen to anybody else!!! I do know that I will never buy anything from these guys again!"

"I'm trying to be unbiased but I really like airsoftgi.com, I'm only giving a 4 because it's taking so long to get to me. I placed my order on Thursday the 24th of May and I'm not going to receive my gun until the 5th of June. That's 12 days, I am considering that it was Memorial Day weekend and shipping may be a little slower but I ordered on a business day so I feel 12 days is a bit much. I am a big fan of GI though and hope this was just a one time hiccup."
