"Absolutely terrible company. I have bought from them three times the first time was a good experience... the second time I preordered an item which was a huge mistake. They pushed the release date three times then on Christmas opened the item up for direct buy,when I confronted them they said that preorders only meant you were garunteed to get the item at some point... The last straw was the most recent transaction. I ordered one of their mystery boxes. It came in and was clearly an open box used item that was broken. And now they won't even respond to my email asking for a return or store credit. I would absolutely not recommend this company to anyone"

"I have bought about 5 times from asgi, all online. One of my products, last year, came in with damage. Now it wasn't ordinary shipping damage. It was supposed to be a brand new airsoft gun. The manual did not come with it, nor the unjamming rod.
I had ordered the LT03B in 02/19. I called ASGI and said "well that's UPSs fault". Okay. So I went and tested the gun. Worked fine. However, I didn't get to play because of a car accident, so I finally took it in April. Day of the game, everything changed. It worked for the first 30 minutes. Then semi auto just stopped working. It worked on full auto, so I tried to go from "semi-full-semi" but that didn't work. So within 2 months and not even one game, the gun failed. Had to take it to a tech for repairs.
Again, I contacted them but there was no help.
I then attempted to leave an online review. They will not approve my 2 star review of the product. It currently sits at 4 1/2- 5 stars. Do they not want the review to be lessend? I didn't say a word about their lack of customer service.
