"I ordered a PICKET HOUSE FURNISHINGS - MADISON KING STORAGE 6PC BEDROOM SET - EM300K6PC. In addition, I ordered an additional PICKET HOUSE FURNISHINGS - MADISON DRESSER - EM200DR. This bedroom furniture was quite expensive. The quality of the furniture was horrible! It is made from very cheap materials. Photos and description make it sound like it is of solid wood construction, however, it is mostly made from glued wood particles. It is manufactured in Malaysia and shipped to consumers. Every piece I received had some kind of damage. The only two pieces that were intact was one dresser and one nightstand. But even these items had some marks that I had to cover with furniture markers. I kept the bedframe which I had to do repairs to. The bedframe also had cracked drawers that had to be replaced. One of the nightstands had a cracked back board which I also kept since when in place the crack is out of view. Both, one of the dressers and the chest of drawers were sent to me three times and each time I received them were severely damaged. I finally just asked AFA to refund me for these two items. I would suggest to anyone considering this bedroom set to look somewhere else! This bedroom set looks good in the photos and the description makes it sound like quality furniture, but buyer beware! On the positive side, AFA was good with their customer service. They did refund me most of the money I paid for the two items. "
"AFA has thee worst customer service team ever!!!!! My buffet arrived with a broken scroll. Pictures were sent and they agreed to send out a repair guy. First time out the repair guy came to my house but never let me know he was outside..He was supposed to call me with an ETA. Bottom line, he left! Next guy came out a week or so later and looked at the piece and said, I am not a welder! AFA knew this required welding!!
They want to **** me around now with telling me they want to offer first a 5% credit to keep the buffet, then they told me that A.R. T furniture was going to send me out a new scrolled door. Then they told me, oops A.R.T cant send just a door.. YES THEY CAN! I personally spoke to them however AFA is trying to be cheap by offering me the discount! This is on going so we'll see how things end up! Mathis Brothers sell the same brand A.R.T and offer free delivery I should have purchased from them! Live and learn.

I read their online shipping policy and understood it could take a few weeks to reach the shipping distribution center. On December 26th I received a n email from AM Trucking letting me know they had my order and that they would be contacting me in a couple of days to arrange delivery. On December 27th I received a phone call telling me the same thing.
I have yet to receive that call to arrange delivery.
I have called them multiple times.
1/2- Told my order was tentatively scheduled for delivery 1/5.
1/4- Told my delivery would not be delivered on 1/5 and was now tentatively scheduled for 1/11 because that’s when they would be delivering in my area.
1/10- Told my order was not going to be delivered on 1/10 and was now tentatively scheduled for 1/15 because that’s when they would be delivering in my area.
1/10- Per the President of AFA Stores, the estimated delivery date now is 1/16 OR 1/17.
I have called and emailed customer service multiple times and just get the run around. Mary, via email , has suggested a couple of times I call the trucking company myself.
Have been told multiple times when calling customer service that the trucking company will deliver as soon as they can.
Not once has anyone apologized to me for the fact I placed my order on November the 25th and have yet to receive my order.
Customer service is doing zero to help. They just email the trucking company, get a new estimated date and then kick the can down the road a couple of days."
