"I ordered a bedroom set for our daughter as a gift for winning the county soccer cup. The bedroom set was a simple one, it had a bed, dresser with mirror and nightstand.
The delivery was good and simple, the delivery crew was professional and kind and did a great job. The issue came a couple of days after the delivery, while cleaning her room, our daughter noticed that the footboard had 4 inch crack on one of the legs so we reached out to AFA with a couple of pictures. After about a day or two they reached out saying that they would provide us with one of their techs to get this fixed. Unfortunately he couldn't fix it.
We sold it for me was that no later than 24 hours the tech visited, they reached out to me telling me that a replacement footboard was on the way and would be installed at no extra cost, they even covered the cost of getting the damaged one removed. everything went without a hitch."

Anyhow, I found the perfect nightstand but unfortunately it wasn't available since it was out of stock until like September. I knew what I wanted but didn't want to take hours looking for the correct nightstand. I decided to call and this very lovely lady helped me find the nightstand I needed.

"This is the very worst experience . As a designer I use lots of vendors for products. I ordered a $4000.00 desk set from AFA and was told we would have it in 3-4 weeks as promised on their web site. It is now longer then 5 weeks and the delivery company they employ AM delivery in Dayton,NJ is failing to deliver,they give windows of 10-2 and then call at 8:36 pm to say they will be there in an hour. Booked delivery again was told window was 2-6 pm . I call them at 6pm to ask where are they and was told new delivery window is 8pm - 12 mid night for a home delivery. I call AFA and tell them I want to cancel order at this point and AFA tells me I can not cancel and if I do not take delivery what ever time it shows up I will have to pay a restocking and delivery fee. I will never order from this joke of a company again. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER AT ALL ! THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND LEAVE YOU HANGING. I give them a minus 20 star rating. "
