"Like a768304 and others I also bought an L-series lens from 42nd St, my second purchase there. On the upsell call, I got Adam, who was, let's say, having a really bad day. The call itself was quite unpleasant--I would encourage you to keep your wits about you when you get yours.

However, despite my zero-star experience on the initial call, I feel like 42nd Street made it right afterwards. My problem with Adam had to do with filters, and 42nd Street proactively upgraded the filters I ordered at no charge (before I complained officially). They then followed up with a call from Jon who was clear he wanted to make the situation right for me. While it would have been nicer to have a productive conversation the first time, I'm fully satisfied with the outcome.
