"Purchase and light weight green jacket and it was enormous large so I exchanged it for a medium. Now while trying it on the zipper pull breaks. They have overpriced shipping charges on the exchange. There no one at the customer service line just a recorded message. Sent an email and left a message."

"My wife bought several very nice items for me from 32 Bar Blues for Father's Day. However, two items had to be exchanged for another size and one was exchanged for a different item. Returns required two phone calls, one returned phone call and then the burden was put on me to fill out the detailed return form with description, item number, color, size, quantity and color. The customer service rep could do none of that for me. Besides telling me how to fill out the return form, the only other "customer service" performed was to tell me that returns or exchanges would be charged $8.95. Gee. Thanks!"

Upon delivery , I received 5 of the 6 shirts I ordered. The customer service was on top of my order and kept me informed on the back ordered shirt, which I did receive.

"For years I have hoped for these types of items for men. I wanted new styles of sports coats and other things. Upscale but not the old suit and tie stuff. Never these new skinny suits that look like the way mom dressed me as a kid. These fit great with a nice new cut and fabrics that are comfy. I have yet to send anything back. Thanks! Edwin"
"My husband ordered two shirts and paid for shipping. UPS ostensibly attempted one delivery - I sincerely doubt this as our home has wrought iron fencing and for years all delivery companies simply place packages over the fence. They also did not leave a slip. We then received a notice that the package was going to be delivered to a UPS location for us to pick up - a half our drive from our home. 32 Bars customer service said "not our problem" and "we can't help you" and "we won't issue a refund".
We will never buy from them again."
