Personal Customer Service

"The service was great. Several staff members went way out of their way to help me, and I really appreciated being treated with respect and as if my small order was of great importance!!

(One member of the team, Ms. Taylor, took personal responsibility for correcting my failure to properly return an item. She was successful. Another saleswoman obtained an item for me that was listed as not in stock. She went to a warehouse on her own initiative and found the "Out-of-Stock" item for me! Great attitudes.)

I loved it. The service, in conjunction with the unique, wearable clothing offered, are two reason that I'd recommend dealing here.

"I ordered several items, including T-shirt’s, button-ups and shoes. Loved them all, great quality and the T-shirt’s are so soft! The ordering process was perfect, order arrived when scheduled, even with the whole pandemic going on. I’m already looking at new stuff!"

Returns, customer loyalty

"I purchase some items during the holidays. By the time I was able to return them they were five days late for their return policy. I disputed that because they were going with the day they sent it out not when I received it. At any rate I have been a loyal customer for over 2 years. I've spent a lot of money with these people. Their decision to return the items back to me and not refund my balance was a great business decision. I will "never" buy any clothing from 32 Bar Blues again. When they look up my accountthey would have seen I have purchased quite a bit of clothing from them over the years. If there was any gray area I would always side with the customer. Customer service and customer loyalty is a thing of a past especially with this company. Their items were over price anyway it was time to go. "

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

"I couldn’t be more frustrated, 32 Bar Blues sent me the wrong shirt, twice, I sent back the incorrect shirt on the 17th and here it is 10 days later and I still haven’t received the correct order, or any correspondence regarding the shirt. I've had difficulties In 5 of the 6 orders placed with these guys. Awful company. I’m so frustrated with the ridiculously poor, unresponsive customer service. PLEASE IF YOU WANT TO SAVE YOURSELF HUGE HEADACHES AND HASSLES DON’T SHOP WITH THESE FOLKS! "

Disappointing

"I used to order gifts every year but this will be my last. I was given misinformation re when items were to be shipped. I paid extra to have items for Christmas. I received items I did not order and when I called....they said someone would call me back.
Of course this did not happen and I was left with no explanation and then told these were on back order.
Goodbye and thanks for the poor customer service. I can see why companies are going out of business. There is no regard for keeping customers happy so why not order from Amazon....
Sad but true. I always tried to keep local and order from these type of businesses.

Ten year old company that acts like they are a two year old kid...

"I called to ask a couple of questions and the first person couldn't answer a single question. She got customer service on the line (which is a miracle as I tried earlier and got voicemail - what year is it?) I asked if they had any promotions going for new customers as I was buying over 1K of stuff. Nope. Then here is the kicker - she hung up on me! I wanted to ask about shoe sizing but forget it! With that kind of customer service I'll take my thousand elsewhere.

I hope the owner reads this and hires some outside help. Good product but the company is going to implode themselves. Please read the book Traction.

"Young lady that too my order was totally clueless. I had to walk her thru the ordering process. After an half hour i finally got off the phone. Oh and BTW. she said all items were in stock. Come to find out 1 item was back ordered."

"I love shopping at your store because you have such rad clothing! My husband has a unique style (Punk rock meets corporate office? Eccentric banker?) and I am always able to find something that he thinks is cool. I just received my order of the Cherry Point 633469 and Night Flight 614026 and I can't wait for him to open them on Christmas; the feel of the shirt is amazing!

I'm writing because I wish that you made some of your men's styles in women's sizing (or even men's XS). I'm a hoodies and flannels kinda girl. Bought a sweater from you a couple of years ago (sage green and white with rainbow specs) and it's my all time favorite. It's a bit too big, so I can only wear it around the house - a shame because it's not only super comfy but beautiful. Please!!

"I recently placed an order for my hubby and was so pleased! Everything arrived quickly and the quality was really nice. I'm always a little skeptical when it comes to ordering from catalogs because nothing is ever as nice as it is in the pictures. Not the case, here! Great Experience

"My husband loves to find obscure places to shop much to my dismay. AFTER placing his order, I did some research on the site and was very concerned upon seeing all the poor reviews. Considering the amount of money he spent, I was a bit angry he didn't look into the merchant prior to ordering. Well, our order arrived well within the EDD and the shirts were very nice. The material is very soft and they wash up well. That being said, they are a BIT PRICEY but being that my husband is so picky, I guess I have to pick my battles. We will be shopping here again. "

Poor Material- Expensive Material

"The second time I wore my new Summer T, product #644196, I accidentally spilled some butter on my shirt while eating out. When I returned home to immediately wash it following the instructions, I was disappointed to find the stain still on the shirt. When I soaked it and again wash it, the stain remained. I would expect an expensive clothing would come clean. It definitely is of poor quality of material. I will never ever purchase an item from 32 Bar Blue again."

"I ordered a shirt on 12-10-2018. It arrived late- after Christmas-on 12-26-2018 AND the wrong size was shipped! It took 3 calls to customer service before my delimma was resolved. I will NEVER order from this site again. Plus, shipping charges are $12.95!"

Never Again

"If you want to pay over $20 in shipping and return shipping charges to find out the clothes look nothing like the catalogue or website, then be my guest. I will not be ordering from them again. They processed my return quickly, I will give then that. But they charge a lot for shipping and don't provide a free return shipping label if you are unhappy with the product. "
