Worst Experience EVER!

"My sister and I ordered flowers for my grandfathers funeral from all the grand kids but the $250 grave site arrangement did not get delivered. A confirmation email was received from 1-800-Flowers saying the flowers have been delivered but the flowers were NOT at the funeral home. I called and she kept insisting that the arrangement had been delivered. I told her on multiple occasions that I was at the funeral home and had spoke with the funeral home director. The arrangement was not there. He even showed me the delivery log for that day. No flowers from me. I asked for the name of the local florist that was used so I could contact them myself in order to resolve the issue but the woman said it was "confidential information" and refused to give their info. She placed me on hold and says she called the florist. She came back and stated they insist the arrangement was delivered but again refused to give me their name so I could resolve the issue and speak to them myself. I verified the address for the funeral home and my grandfathers name to ensure they had the correct address. All the info was correct. The woman offered half a refund and 20% off any arrangement for Mother's Day. I paid $250 for this arrangement so receiving $125 back with no flowers is not acceptable. She offered to have the arrangement reordered at no cost to me and have them delivered to my grandfather and grandmother's house. I did not accept that as this was spray that goes on the grave site therefore that was not an appropriate arrangement to send to my grieving grandmother at her home. At this point I was livid. It literally took me crying and yelling at her as I stood in the parking lot of the funeral home arguing with her instead of spending time inside with my grieving family to get a full refund. That was the worst experience EVER! My family and I will never ever do business with 1-800-Flowers or any of their affiliates again."

Wish I could give 0 stars!!!

"Ordered flowers for a funeral.. never got them.

We ordered over $200 in flowers from 1-800 Flowers for a funeral. We ordered bouquets (far enough in advance), but when we arrived at the funeral home, the flowers were not there. We called to see what happened, and were assured that they were, in fact, delivered. We had multiple people on the phone for hours before the funeral trying to track down the flowers before finally being told that they cancelled the order (we were never notified). The funeral had begun by the time we found answers, and to fix their mistake, they offered to give us a slight discount and different bouquets. The solution was insulting, and it had come too late. We never got the flowers we needed for my uncle (a husband, brother, father, grandfather, and so much more) and the solution offered to us was pathetic. They could never make up for the insult given to my family on that day.

FLOWERS DO NOT MATCH THE PICTURE, COLOR OF FLOWERS DIFFERENT

"The flowers I ordered were nothing like the picture. They were supposed to be all shades of lavender, instead the roses were pink, not lavender and much fillers. It is way to much money to spend and not get what you paid for. Very disappointed."

Mishandled Orders

"Order didn't come in on scheduled date. I had to call them and they asked if I would accept the next day. The next day I got half of the order. I called them again and they asked if the other half could be delivered the next day. Nothing came so I asked for a refund and now they're saying no because it was delivered even after I told them I got nothing... bad service all around

Valentine's flowers never delivered

"I ordered a bouquet of roses on 2/9/18 for delivery on Valentine's Day, 2/14/18. I paid an additional $4.99 delivery charge to have them delivered on this day. Unfortunately, the flowers were not delivered. Not just on the day I paid extra for, but they were NEVER delivered. I called 1-800-Flowers customer service the next afternoon and spent over 30 minutes on the call, most of which was on hold. The customer service rep called the local florist while I was on a lengthy hold and when she came back, she told me that I would get a full refund because the florist was not going to deliver the flowers. I did get a full refund a couple days later, but the entire process left me with bad feelings toward this company. The bad part about calling customer is that the agents are obviously not native English speakers and the call quality is always bad, with dropouts and distortion."

WILTED FLOWERS AND ORDER INCOMPLETE.

"THIS IS WHAT I WROTE TO THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT:
I HAVE BEEN ORDERING FROM YOU FOR A VERY LONG TIME WITH EXCELLENT RESULTS. THIS TIME YOUR OVERSEAS CALL CENTER BLEW IT.
I PLACED THE ORDER AND WITH THIS GUY I HAD TO REPEAT THE ENTIRE ORDER SEVERAL TIMES AND I HAD A REAL BAD FEALING AFTER THE CALL IT WAS GOING TO BE MESSED UP. THE ORDER WAS FOR 2 DOZEN ROSES AND A BOX OF CHOCLATES FOR MY OFFICE STAFF.
WHEN THE ORDER WAS RECEIVED THE FLOWERS WERE WILTED AND NO CHOCOLATES WERE RECEIVED. I HAVE PICTURES OF THEN THAT I CAN SEND.
I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVCE AND THEY SAID THE ORDER WOULD BE CORRECTED AND RESENT AND DELIVERED BETWEEN 02/15 AND 02/16.
WITH NO FLOWERS RECEIVED I CALLED YOUR CALL CENTER AND I SPOKE TO 2 PEOPLE; BOTH HAD ME REPEAT ALL INFORMATION SEVERAL TIMES AND HAD ME ON HOLD FOR OVER A 1/2 HOUR. THE SECOND PERSON SAID SHE COULD NOT FIND MY ORDER NUMBER EVEN THO SHE SAID SHE FOUND THE ORDER UNDER MY TELEPHONE NUMBER, YES THAT MAKES NO SENSE BUT THAT IS WHAT SHE SAID. TO END HER CONVERSATION WITH ME SHE SAID THAT SHE WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO GIVE ME ANY INFORMATION ON THE ORDER AND ENDED THE CALL.
THEY DID MANAGE TO BILL MY CREDIT CARD WITH NO ISSUES THO.
I REALLY HOPE THAT YOU CAN SOLVE THIS
AMOUNT OF THE ORDER WAS $59.46, BILLED ON 02/12/2018.
I WOULD LIKE THIS ORDER CORRECTED OR A REFUND MADE TO MY ACCOUNT.

800 flowers scammers

"We ordered an edible arrangement to be delivered to our daughter on Valentines day 2018. We received a confirmation email letting us know it had been delivered. However calling our daughter 10 minutes after the confirmed delivered we found the product had not been delivered. We contacted 1 800 flowers customer non service and were continuously given the run around. They insist the arrangement was delivered at 6:59PM and had a signature. We said it would be resolved the next day. At 9:50PM a guy with his friend showed up at our daughter's in a small car. They gave her an arrangement of lukewarm fruit and chocolates that were melting. No paperwork, and no signature. We spoke to 1 800 flowers non customer support that evening (Feb. 15) and spoke with a supervisor. Again the superbisor(Angela) gave us the run around and ended up offering to redeliver the product and refund us 20%. We said no and here we are 2 days later trying to get these idiots at 1 800 flowers to refund us for their screw up. This isvthe second time dealing with these scammers. Buyer beware"

Horrible Customer Service

"On 5th call to try to get a refund as my order wasn't delivered on Valentine's Day. CANNOT understand customer service associates. Keep getting the same old line - I'll call you back; You'll get an email when your refund processes; My supervisor is on another call. A new one for today - apparently after my multiple calls now it isn't my name on the order. Since they can't verify the name of the sender, they can't do anything for me. This company has figured out how to take money and not process refunds. I will never use this company again! I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. Unbelievable."

Epic fail

"I have an epic Valentine's Day failure to share with everyone. I ordered my Valentine's Day flowers from 1800Flowers.com with delivery by a local florist on February 9th for delivery on the 14th, knowing I would have to be out of town for business on Valentine's. Get home from out of town tonight to learn that the flowers never arrived! According to 1800Flowers.com it is the fault of the contract florist which is Floral Encores in Naples. To make matters worse the florist is in the same plaza as the delivery address. Major epic fail 1800Flowers.com and Floral Encores of Naples! And to make matters worse while looking up all of the details, I discover that the same large arrangement that I ordered is $20.00 less the day after than what I was charged, which in my opinion is wrong on so many levels. Especially since the only concession 1800Flowers.com offered me was a $20.00 savings pass and re delivery of the order that was never delivered in the first place! Please keep this in mind when using 1800Flowers.com or one of its contract florist such as Floral Encores in Naples Florida. "

Scam! Do not order from them just use a local florist!

"My husband ordered (2/10/18) my valentine surprise from 1800flowers and was delivered on February 13th. They send me some half dead and withered flowers. Some of the flowers fell off and some of them pets on some completely fell off! One of the flowers was wet, black and smushy. He spent more than $40 for some crappy tiny bouquet. The vase couldn't have been more than 5 inches tall. The flowers didn't even fill up the the vase. It was completely different. Then when he called to complain and get his money back they told him they would not give him a refund. They instead said they would send another bouquet but the arrangement would not be delivered until Feb 22,2018. Seriously! He was told someone would look into it and call him back. No one called him... Not surprised. So then I messaged them in fb yesterday Feb 14th, 2018. And I literally spent my entire day messaging them until about hour ago today (2/15/18). I was told I would receive my delivery today. I haven't received anything. At this point they have already ruined my husband's surprise for me and we simply want them to refund the money. They are a complete scam! I literally saw better arrangements at Walmart for $10. Needless to say we will never do business with them again! 2 days later and I still don't have enough the replacement they claimed to send out today! "

Money for nothing

"My husband wanted to surprise me this Valentine's Day with having an arrangement sent to my work! Needless to say I didn't receive and when he spoke with customer service it was delivered at least at 2 different times??? He ordered in advance and is expected to receive a refund but said that it would take 3-7 business days. How is that possible to take money from people and delay their hard earned money when they didn't live up to their word. My husband is very **** about this, he wanted to surprise me and do something special(he does this every once in awhile). Of course I tell him it's not your fault and I loved the thought. Disappointed buyer and recipient. Lessoned learned about this company and from the previous views it looks like I'm not alone. "

Terrible Customer Serviceice

"1800flowers did not deliver my valentines day order during business hours, my wife had to drive 25 minutes back to work to meet the delivery person in the parking lot. 1800flowers would not stand by their 100% guarantee, I spoke to customer service for 1 1/2 hours trying to locate the delivery and when I asked for a refund as offered the 1800flowers web page they said no. I finally spoke to a supervisor Roy who said no to the refund and then promptly stated "I am going to hang up on you now!" when I insisted that they honor their guarantee. 1800flowers does not stand by their 100% Smile guarantee!!!! No smiles today on Valentines day!!"
