The customer service reps helped me so that I was credited back for the original order, had an alert when the item was again available, and didn’t charge shipping for the reorder. So while there was initially a mistake, zulily made it right and gave me a great customer service experience. My main hesitancies with Zulily are the shipping prices, and that the prices of some things I used to order have gone up: these make me look elsewhere for some purchases."
