"I ordered two jumpers from this website. I spent almost $70. I was so excited for them to be here, I’ve checked the mailbox every day for two weeks. They took forever to get to me, and to my dismay when I opened them they look NOTHING like the photos. Not even remotely similar, and the quality of the clothing is very poor and a totally different material than pictured. After being so disappointed I decided I was going to try to just return them and get my money back. I go on their website to check out the return policy. Garbage. You have to pay almost $5 to the company per return, and you can only return the items for in store credit. They also can only be returned if they’re still in the original packaging, which I obviously opened it to try it on so I can’t even return it anyway. I also would never want to buy a product from them again, and I would have to wait 4 to 6 more weeks for my new products, so I’m not entirely sure what the in store credit would do for me anyway. I guess I’ll just have to eat my $70 in this really trying time. 10/10 would not recommend purchasing anything from this company. R"

"I am beyond disappointed with these crooks. After spending over ten thousand dollars over the years on the site, Zulily sent me an incorrect item and when I requested a refund they deducted shipping fees after promising me on the phone I would get a full refund to my original form of payment. Not only did they issue me a store credit, but they deducted shipping fees. When I called about it they refunded a portion of the item, but would only issue me store credit for the $4.95 shipping they charged me for their mistake. So, because they sent an item different from what was pictured, they are forcing me to continue to buy from their site to reclaim my five dollars. I hope their greed and shady practices outweighs the loss of my business. Shame on you Zulily! "

"90% of the time the zulily shopping experience is perfect, the other 10% of the problems arise when the clothing is either misleading in sizing or has heavy smells of chemicals or dyes. When you call customer service to explain any issue, they are very helpful at resolving during your call. "Zulily sizing runs very small. Their earrings are not well constructed. I have had four pairs break before I even wore them. I finally decided to return them only to receive a credit for $16 and change with an explanation that the items are out of the return window time frame.
I did not wear the earrings @ all. I have a huge supply of earrings. When I finally decided to wear a pair, that is when I observed the defect/broken part on them & others that I never wore. I have not ordered from Zulily since."
