"Zulily is an online shop that I love to shop daily. You never know what you will find! There’s always something I must have on there! I love the boutiques they feature and the name brands they carry. It’s quite a good variety. The only reason for 4 stars is the shipping price. I hate paying shipping and every 24 hours. They used to offer a flat fee to ship all year or even for months at a time. That inspires me to buy more! I also dislike their return policy! If I pay for an item and return it, I want my money back, not a store credit! It would also be great to have a way to return without a cost. Other than this, I love Zulily!! "

"I have had more good experiences than bad. Customer service is stellar. Product quality is marginal at best. There are some great products, however I am gun shy on trying unknown brands because of the poor quality items. I bought a Coline dress that I liked and got lots of compliments on every time I wore it. The next one that I bought was advertised as embroidered and when it arrived it was stamp painted like a cheap tee shirt and very low quality. Customer service sent me a label for a return. However, I am leery of any product descriptions after this fiasco. Please do more product reviews and consider the quality that you offer your customers. "

I haven't had the best of luck in figuring out the sizes, though. Depending on the manufacturer, I'm a medium, a large, or an extra large. Even clothing from the same designer sometimes varies in how they size their merchandise. That is very frustrating.
