"I ordered some maui jim sunglasses from them on 8/2, there price was by far the lowest I found on the web . I paid more for expediated shipping. after a week went by I emailed them for status, then again. finally I got a reply with the tracking number. I finally recieved my sunglasses exactly 2 weeks later 8/16. there was no explanation offered for the delay. on the good side the glasses did come with a case and documentation. customer service stinks, shipping methods are questionable, but still the cheapest on the web. overall it wasnt much of a price to pay for the deal I got. "Everyone Beware! This is the sorriest company I have ever dealt with. I tried to purchase a pair of Maui Jim sunglasses that cost $240 on April 2, 2005. I paid extra for 3 day delivery. After 2 weeks I ordered the same pair from Ashford.com. They actually sent my glasses in 3 days. My original order from zbestglasses finally showed up after 3 weeks! Unbelievable! I returned the pair to zbestglasses but did not receive my refund until 45 days later. Oh yeah, they only refunded me $195. What a pathetic company! Nevertheless, I placed an order for a pair of Revos and submitted my Visa info. A few days later, I received an email stating the item was backordered and that I could wait or cancel. I cancelled the order, and my credit card was not charged. They seem like a stand-up seller, and communication was good."

"Ordered Maui Jim sunglasses. Price was the cheapest on the net. The order took about 5 days to ship, but the sunglasses were perfect when they arrived. I was worried about site being logit, but figured Amex would credit me back in case of dispute. I also took the sunglasses to SunglassHut to check if they are real Maui Jim, and they were.I hope this helps if you are thinking of purchasing there.

"Buyer Beware!! I bought a $180 pair of silhouette sunglasses which took about 10 days to arrive. To their credit, the glasses were fine, but I needed to return them, which comes with a 15% re-stocking fee. I returned them over 2 months ago, no credit has yet appeared on my credit card statement and 4 email attempts have not been responded to. There is no customer service phone number to be found anywhere on the site. What customer service?!"

I purchased a pair of Revo sunglasses from ZbestSunglasses.com. They took 12 days to arrive from the date of order. ZbestSunglasses does not provide a phone number anywhere on there site to inquire about the status of the order. They do not provide a UPS tracking number. I sent THREE emails to their Contact Us email address, and they never responded. When the sunglasses finally did arrive, they did not come with a Certificate of Authenticity or a Manufacturer’s Warranty Card, as promised by the site. I just hope that I didn’t receive a counterfeit pair of sunglasses…
