"i too have had little success in contacting zbest - they do not respond to e-mails but supposedly my glasses are on their way, however i did find this address and phone number for them, i haven't used it, but maybe someone else will need to use it

"I purchased Maui Jim sunglasses from zbestglasses.com on August 11 with the 3 day option for faster shipping. They had the best prices I could find on the web. The glasses arrived on the 19th. and are great. The customer service is poor, as I emailed them twice and never got a response. No phone numbers as stated in previous reviews. If you order from them, don't pay the extra for faster shipping and don't try to contact them about your order...other than that, they are ok! "

"Ordered high-end Costa Del Mar sunglasses. Best price on the net. Received exactly what I ordered in the time promised. Emailed them for delivery date and got quick response back. Glasses were authentic with all paperwork and case. Will be ordering a pair for my wife from them shortly. Great experience on my transaction."

"I wish I had read the reviews prior to ordering from Zbestglasses. I ordered a pair of Maui Jim's glasses over a year ago and I received what I ordered. I placed another order for a pair Maui Jim Readers, with a bi-focal built into the glasses. I paid extra for UPS 3 day delivery. Five business days after I placed the order, I sent them an email asking about my order; all I got was my order was processed. After 10 days, I recieved a pair of glasses, but not the ones I ordered. For the last 5 days I have been trying to get directions/an approval number to return the glasses and have them send the correct ones. No response. I intend to call my credit card company to file a formal complaint against this company. Zbest has turned out to be Z-WORST company I have ever dealt with. Don't order from this company, no matter how much money you think you're saving."

"I ordered a pair of Costa Del Mar sunglasses on the 30th of april and selected 2-3 day shipping. No glasses yet. tried to contact company through only avaliable customer service offered. No response until I got angry. Then the response was in the form of an email stating my order had been processed. When I checked on status it had not. The story goes on but to make it short I canceled my CC so they could not charge me. I think they will now get the message. Do Not Buy From This Company. There is no customer service. Spend a little more and be happy. This company is the absolute worst I have ever dealt with."

"This company followed through as they stated on their website. I received an e-mail confirmation of my initial order and an e-mail about 5 days later indicating my glasses had shipped. I ordered a pair of Costa Del Mar Swordfish Tortoise/Amber glass for my daughter on Saturday, March 28 and they arrived in excellent, new condition on Monday, April 6.

I saved $40.00 from these guys versus the Costa retail store in my area. I highly recommend zbestglasses.com. As a matter of fact, I am ordering an identical pair for my wife.

"I ordered two pair of Maui Jim sunglasses and they are perfect in every way. I was going to buy them while in Maui; however I found this web site and saved about $100.00 on the two pair. They came with the Maui Jim cleaning cloth/bag, Maui Jim designer case and warranty information. Great prices - all you need to do is have some patience and expect about 10-12 days for order processing and delivery. If you want hand holding customer service, you should go to the storefront and pay the extra money. For me this transaction was great and worth the savings."

"Good Experience. Was a bit worried after I ordered and could not find a phone number to contact these people. But all emails were returned w/in one business day and all questions were answered. It took a few days but w/in 3-4 days I got an email saying my sunglasses had shipped and I had them 5 days later (holiday weekend so a few extra days for shipping). I bought some Costa Del Mars w/ the 580 lenses and ended up saving about 50 bucks from academy's prices. This was the cheepest place anywhere (online or not) that I have found these glasses. "

"I am very upset about this transaction. I normlly always read reviews before ordering and this time I didn't. BIG MISTAKE. I have emailed them at least 5 times and no response. No phone number and guess what no glasses. I ordered a pair for myself and a pair for my son. I don't know what is going on with this company but I have cancelled my credit card because I'm not sure if this company is really ligate or not. My advice to everyone is TO PAY THE EXTRA MONEY AND ORDER FROM A COMPANY THAT AT LEAST HAS A PHONE NUMBER. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY YOU WILL BE VERY DISAPPOINTED."

"I ordered a pair of Revo's on 5/14/2008, received an email stating that they had been shipped on 5/16/2008 and the sunglasses arrived on 5/19/2008. I didn't like that I was not given any way to track the shipment, but other than that I couldn't be happier. I bought the sunglasses at Sunglass Hut for $325 w/ tax then looked them up online and found them for $185 at zbestglasses ($195 w/ shipping). I ordered them, returned the pair to Sunglass Hut and now I have the exact same pair for a savings of $130. That makes me happy. :) "

"I ordered glasses without looking at any reviews due to pricing. Stupid me. The glasses were for a birthday present. After ordering and seeing the possible shipping date I sent two emails on the day of the order making inquiry. After two more days passed I cancelled the order via the only method-e-mail. The response a day later was-here is your shipping info. Of course there was no shipping info at USPS when the number was entered. I sent another e-mail asking for a phone number and again cancelling my order. No response. They actually shipped it 11 days later. It will be sent back. I ordered and got the glasses direct from the manufacturer in two days. So much for saving money."

"Buyer beware. I recently purchased a pair of sunglasses from Zbestglasses. Price was good and they seemed to be a good retailer. I wish I had read these reviews before I purchased. 5 days after purchasing the glasses I requested information about the status of the order, no reply. The next day I cancelled the order via their website as they have no contact information on the website. 4 days later I received the order and returned it unopened. Not one time did they contact me about the status of my order other than to tell me it shipped which I replied to immediately asking them to cancel the order again. They credited my CC for the purchase price less a 15% restocking fee. I made every attempt to cancel the order prior to shipping yet they still feel entitled.
I have contacted my CC company and disputed the charge. We will see what happens. I would not recommend this retailer to anyone regardless of the discount.
Probably the worse customer service I have ever dealt with.

"My concerns are valid ... I was informed that my glasses are on "national back order" and perhaps i will receive them next month !! and i could cancel my order -BUT the neglected to include a LINK or a phone number to do so .. I had to use the site to contact them with 3 emails .... WELL they were not polite about it - nor offered any apologies . I called my credit card and informed them of the given situation .. SO We shall see if there are any erroneous charges appears !!!
THE SAVINGS WAS NOT WORTH THE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
