"I purchased Dior sunglasses at what I thought to be a great price on 7/27/07. I paid overnight shipping. I still do not have the glasses a week later. Countless emails to the company come back with the standard automated reply that it takes 48 hours to process. Well its now 144 hours of processing and no glasses in sight, nor any type of human contact. I do not recommend using this site to anyone, go somewhere else, more reputable, pay extra $$ and be satisfied to have glasses in hand. Who knows if the company is even legitimate??? No phone # is listed anywhere. I think its fraudulent to have such a lack of customer service.
UPDATE*** I just got an email saying my item shipped, after sending an email stating that I am fed up with their lack of response. Lets see what happens and I will update my post if they ever arrive."

I contacted them to exchange them for the correct pair and they were more than amicable. I sent them back 3 weeks ago with payment for return postage and have asked numerous times for a status with no reply. They really are shady. I think I have a contact but am not sure. "Ordered some Maui Jims on 5/27/06 and to this day it still says "processing" on the website. No number to call seems shady, too. I did receive an email that my sunglasses had shipped on June 6, so here is hoping. I WOULD NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE AGAIN, NOT EVER! It wasn't worth saving $50 to be so worried about my credit information just being out there with no one to talk to. I have since sent 2 more emails asking for a tracking number, with no reply so far. DON'T BUY FROM THIS SITE! "
"I decided to give them a try even though they didn't list any contact information. I had used speedy contacts before and was happy with their quality, but apparently they are no longer in business. zbestglasses has similar discount prices which are by far the best that I could find. I got a little worried after a couple days of not receiving a shipping notice, but I sent an email through their website and it was promptly responded to. I kept checking my account on their website as to my order's status and it kept showing 'processing'. It still does, and I just received my Maui Jim's. That's the downside, don't expect the same kind of order management/transparency as a national chain store. The upside is a great deal on expensive sunglasses."

When I sent an email to inquire about the order, I received a response within 24 hours that the order was processed and would ship within 3-5 business days. I then received another email on the 5th day confirming that the order had been shipped. I was a bit worried since the website isn't the greatest and they don't have any contact numbers (only email). But I ordered the glasses and had them shipped to a different address than my billing address and everything went smoothly. If you think your order will actually ship in 3-5 days, think again. I waited 19 days for my order to ship. I sent 3 mails requesting order status and did not get one single reply. There is no phone number to call customer service, so you are at their mercy. I just received an email stating my order has finally shipped. I am now on the edge of my seat hoping the order will actually ship. Keep your finger crossed everyone! "
