"I just ordered a system and have not recieved it yet. It is difficult to get an agent on the phone. The automated system only allows you to be on hold a couple of minutes before it kicks you over to leave a voice mail message. When I did get the opportunity to speak to a rep, he was knowledgeable and courteous. They have just about every advanced option you'd want for your computer. Lots of the options aren't on their website, so be sure to ask for anything you might be looking for. I would appreciate more specs and photos of the systems they sell. They don't have different views of their systems, or pictures of the various colors they offer. I will update my comments once I've recieved my system. I ordered the top of the line notebook "Monstruou M-P550". It is fully loaded."

"One day i was reading PC Gamer magazine and i saw an ad that xVx had in that issue. I went and check them out, everything look good to me. What made me buy an xVx machine was there prices. So i order and waited to for it to be ship to me. Well that day came and WOW! the computer was alot better than i expected. I had a little problem the next month, so i called xvx tech support, and they fixed the problem in just less than 5 minutes. If you want a great system at a great price i recommend xVx!"
"I bought 2 xvx computers are both broke down after 1 year each , now they don't answer my emails and they say they have 24/7 support but always nobody there , I never got my promised airline ticket either. Now I have to spend about 300 dollars to get my small form factor fixed at a local shop.
Do not buy from them if you want a long-term computer, they won't last over 2 years.

xVx buy the barbone small form factor from KlossPC for 300$ and they add the parts you need. So don't think it's them to makes the cases and stuff."
