"I paid them $157.00 through PayPal. After 90 days they sent me a golden blonde wig, which in no way resembled the wig I ordered. I ordered a dark brown bob. I am a black woman and I do not wear blonde hair. I contacted them several times by email questioning why order was taking so long (site says 7 - 15 days). After requesting refund, I got a reply stating item was on the way. 10 days later I got a blonde wig. After emailing and calling them, all I got was take a picture and send it to them. Ha!! I am going to request that PayPal stop processing payments for them. Join me please. This site needs to be shut down. "
"The wig is amazing straight out of the box. It feels luxurious. The unit came very nicely packaged, with an amazing card! Inside a beautiful pink envelope there was a lovely pink card. The card was the size of any regular birthday card; it was amazing. Additionally, there were pins and a wig comb, and I just felt like I was receiving royal treatment!! I have not worn the wig to work or church yet. I purchased it and will wear it when I am ready. However, I have worn the wig around the house several times and it feels like my own hair. I used to wear my hair in the same style; however, I did not have a bang. Bangs take to long to grow out. I would like this wig with the bang and in a nice black color.

"This company is a joke. They sent me the wrong order and when I contacted customer service (twice) I got no response. It wasn't until I filed a claim on Paypal did I hear anything from them. Even then they lied, saying they would ship me the correct product (they didn't). Once I escalated the claim directly to Paypal they offered me a $10 refund. Seriously?? In what world do you offer someone 1/4 of their money back when you are the one who messed up??
Also, I'm pretty sure their site is full of fake reviews.
