"I bought a wig from them for $99, and when it came, it looked NOTHING like the online pic, and it was so cheaply made. I've been contacting them since I got it to get a refund and they won't answer. They have no number to contact them. Just an online form, which no one responds to. I found their facebook page and posted on 20 of their post threads asking them to refund my $. Nothing! I wouldn't pay $5 for their wigs! They are scammers and should NOT be in business!"

"Do not buy a wig from this company. The wig ships from China and if you are not happy with it there will be no response. When you call the US phone number you can't understand a word their message says other than they are not open. I ordered a Sharon Osborne wig in a light brown and when it came the color was blond and the style was just terrible. I could not style it at all. This is a horrible company when after 4 emails I get no response at all. I sent emails direct and through their website. I spent almost $200.00 for this wig and will never be able to wear it. What a rip-off company. Buyer beware. "
"I ordered a wig on April 1, 2020. I didn’t receive it until today, April 25, 2020. The wig I received looks absolutely nothing like the wig I ordered. No resemblance whatsoever. It also barely has any hair, and the hair there is, is stringy and sparse. It is disgusting. I did not even try it on. I knew immediately I was not going to keep it. There is no way anyone would ever wear this raggedy ugly wig.
I spent an hour trying to find a phone number. They are in CHINA!! If I had known that I would have never ordered from Wigsbuy, never. I’ve tried by phone and email to contact them. They are impossible!! I’m not surprised! There is no way I will ever get a refund from them. I just lost $125.00!!!
Considering it came from CHINA during this horrible Covid, I cannot imagine the germs it is carrying. I sprayed the packaging it came in, and the box, with Lysol.....and put it in my garage. I then took a shower and put my clothes in a hot and soapy washing machine. I’m so upset about this!!
I’m not young, have a compromised immune system, and have been in isolation for 8 weeks. Now I could have possibly been exposed.
BEWARE, these wigs are FROM CHINA. I would have never ordered from them.
