Mind you this wig was over$200.i contacted them,& returned the wig(which went to a California location).Then I was offered a refund of 60% of my price, and to keep the wig for$35 which I refused, there were 13 contact emails while trying to get my money back. I am so glad that early on i placed a a dispute claim with Paypal when I saw this was going nowhere fast. When they were contacted by PayPal they sent another email telling me to drop my dispute and they would refund my money. They think Americans are stupid I assume. This request from them actually helped settle my claim faster with PayPal. EVERYONE, DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS. I received my refund though PayPal.

After I email them they tell me that it's more economical for them to give me a $10 refund than the $50 I paid! They refused to provide an adress to return. I ordered another wig from another company which was also not the advertised wig. When I received THE SAME letter, I researched the company and found BOTH COMPANIES operating out of the same place!
