"I ordered a "leather trimmed coat" that sold for $168.00 on their website. I was able to purchase the coat on "sale" for $98.00. I ordered the coat on September 12, 2014 and received a confirmation of my order on September 18, 2014. I followed up twice on the status (standard delivery is 12-28 BUSINESS days) and was told on 10/8/14 that the item would arrive on Friday. I did receive it Friday (10/10/14); however, the item it ordered is very thin to be considered a "coat" and the "leather trim" is not leather. Typically, if the material is "faux leather" or "vegan leather" it is advertized as such, this was not. Furthermore, I have since found the same exact coat on other boutique websites for much less ($35-45) which is priced more appropriate. I don't think there is anything I can do about it since they do not accept returns on "sale or discounted" items. All I can do is warn others and never buy anthing from this site again."
