"I ordered almost $400 worth of merchandise. Came in two packages which was not an issue. My second package took 2-3 months to arrive. My only main complaint is the quality is sooooo poor, and sizing all wrong, I won't be able to wear any of the items I bought. Like other reviews because I bought them with a discount there are no returns...disappointed."
"Very very disappointed with this online store, the items were split into four different Express Mails and received by me at different times, of which I was also expecting these mails to be free of charge since shipping and handling fees were paid from the original bill already. Secondly, the materials of the dresses and bikini I ordered looked nothing like the photos on the site, they felt and looked cheap. Thirdly, it's really suspicious whether this store originates from the US since the mailing address I received from states a place from China....
I really wanted to make a refund of the items I'm not satisfied with, but refunds aren't acceptable if a promotion code is used..
Overall, will never shop here again and will unfollow SocietyofChic on social media cause I kind of feel like I'm being robbed."

I ordered a jacket from here with a faux fur trim and was extremely disappointed the jacket looked nothing like the online picture. It was cheap denim material. The lining was thin on line it looked more fluffy and warm. The customer service is HORRIBLE!!! I am trying now to get a refund because I won't order nothing from this site again. They gave me a credit when I returned my item in the time farm allowed. I have emailed them twice no response. I really regret not researching this site before ordering service and clothing are HORRIBLE pieces of crap!!!"
