"I have been a customer of societyofchic since its opening in 2011. It is family owned, so they take extra care of the customers. I order on a regular basis and sometimes yes during the busy seasons, you have to make sure you give enough time as they have so many orders to process.

"Bought a couple necklaces at the beginning of October. Waited a couple weeks and emailed for more information. Was told one was out of stock, even though it was being sold in a set, and that it would be back in stock in 2 weeks. Waited 3 weeks and emailed. Was told it was already shipped out. Waited 2 more weeks and emailed 3 times over the course of 7 business days. Got an email saying I was being refunded, even though it's still being sold in a set and is listed as "in stock" on their site this whole time. For higher priced clothes and accessories I would think the business would be run more professionally. Lying to customers about what's in stock and shipping dates is a good way to lose business. Won't be buying anything from them ever again. "
"I am always surprised at the amount of updated and cool items. I shop for my girlfriend all the time here, and they always deliver.
Their IG page is trendy and fresh (started following for my GF). My questions through the site, albeit are more about my girlfriends impatient wanting of the item I ordered for her are answered timely. The shipping is a little slower than other sites but never pushes the limits of their timelines, but I understand the wait is worth it!
I just wish this site had a place to upload pictures, as my GF always looks good in their clothes!
Repeat customer, and will continue to do so!

"This site is pure BS---you know those pictures of poor girls posting with dresses that look nothing like the website? That is THIS SITE (one of them anyway). Nothing you receive will look like it should in quality or style--and a shirt I ordered which was in-stock never arrived, Customer Service told me it was out of stock (which I would have never ordered) so I asked for a refund and that was a month ago in July and I still haven't received a refund OR any notice regarding my shirt. (Originally I was told I would have to wait until I received it in order to return it and get a refund--MORE BS just cancel the order and give me my money! "
"This store was the worst store I have ever bought clothing from. From the instagram photos the clothing looked extremely nice. When I received the two dresses I ordered, they were bathing suit material, extremely small, and looked NOTHING like the photo. They will not refund you the money but give you store credit so that you buy another crappy piece of clothing. I was able to find the same dresses on the app WISH and everything was selling for $10. DO NOT BUY from this website. It also took over a month to receive these items. "
