No Customer Support

"I ordered the wrong part from this company. The email was sent to me at 3:01 pm EST. So, i logged back into the website and tried to cancel it. I was aggravated because, there is no option or link to cancel an order on their website. I submitted a request to cancel the order at 3:14 pm EST. I could not call RV Parts Country because none of the customer rep numbers on the website work. The automatic answering does not forward the caller to a person or voice mail. The machine tells the caller to come in and see them or submit a request. Also, no email is provided for customer service. So, a customer service rep responded to my request 30 minutes after I ordered the part. I found the response on the RV Parts Country website while I was waiting for a response and looking for it in my email Inbox. I was told, "sorry, the item has already bee processed and waiting for shipment." I find it hard to believe the warehouse person found the item, packaged it, cleared the system, and completed other preparations for shipment in less than 30 minutes. The company is a scam and uses deceptive practices on customers who buy from them. I will never purchase an item from them again."

Double Billed

"Ordered a toilet and faucet from them they double billed me for the product and tried calling all you get is email address to contact them that is no help and they don’t caretrying to work out the double billing.I will never use them again."

Horrible online retailer, NO WARRANTY ON PRODUCTS

"I ordered a Coleman thermostat that stopped working less than 30 days after installed I was told by rv parts courtney via email, they do not answer the phone, that they do not honor a warranty for the thermostat and I had to go back to the manufacturer because once installed they can not exchange return or honor any warranty for their merchandise. One has to wonder how your supposed to know if the product works or not if it's not installed apparently according to them if installed there is no warranty makes no sense these people need to be put out of business"

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE.

"Order an ac unit showed to be in stock and would ship within 2 weeks. After the 2 weeks passed no tracking or conformation of shipping started trying to contact and they do not have a phone number. Found an online contact request form. Sent it in they responded with it appears to have shipped yesterday. Asked for tracking they said don t have it yet give another 24hrs. So after that time passed sent the request again it takes 23 hrs to get a response. The response is the factory is out of those units. They will be in next week and will ship out sometime later. We are leaving the location they are supposed to ship to so i asked to cancel the order they said it can t cancel. Just a total cluster. They can t tell us when it will ship or cancel the order. WE ARE SCREWED THANKS RV PARTS COUNTRY. "

Customer service ignored 3 requests to cancel order!

"RV Parts Country has the worst customer service I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with, and not just one of them, I had to deal with several different people and they're all completely clueless about doing what the customer wants. They apparently don't understand the word CANCEL. I ordered a 36-gallon tote on July 11th. The next day, July 12th they told me it was on backorder and would not arrive for 2 or 3 weeks. I told them immediately to cancel the order. That was a Friday. Monday, July 15th I checked on the order to make sure they canceled it. They had not. I told them I bought a tote locally and again told them to cancel my order. They replied saying the totes were in now and asked if I still wanted to cancel the order (at this point I'd told them twice on the 12th and 15th to cancel it). I replied (on the 15th) saying CANCEL the order (that's the 3rd time I said cancel it). They replied later on the 15th telling me they shipped it out anyway. Then they said I could return it but I would have to pay shipping which would cost $40!!! Because it is such a large and heavy item. Don't do business with these people. There are 59 complaints at the Better Business Bureau's website. I will tell everyone I know to order from someone else."

poor business ethics

"On 6/16/19 I ordered 5 pcs of rv door screw cover elixir style for 25.12 plus 9.49 shipping from the walmart website with Rv Parts Country as the actual seller. I received the order acknowledgement. on 6/19/19 I received the " your order has shipped" email. On 6/20/19 I received an email from walmart stating I was being credited half the total due to "delayed shipping". next I received an email from RV Parts Country stating a credit was being issued for half cost due to, "customer changed mind". NO I DIDN'T !!! I wanted the stuff. I wanted by the 4th July vacation. They said I would receive it on the 27th June. All should have been good, but wasn't. I did not change my mind and contact anyone. I was waiting for my stuff on the 27th. I see Rv Parts County is still selling the item.....only at a much higher price now!!! I believe they didn't want to sell at the original price and made up this BS story about "customer changed mind". I have since ordered from another company, I did get my money back but what a shady way to do business. Believe the VERY LOW reviews. Doing business with these clowns is not worth the aggravation."

Will Not Guarantee Anything They sell!

"Ordered an AC unit got it in looked like FedEx rolled down several flights of stairs! Ordered another one right away, didn't have time to wait for the call tag and other details. Needless to say they refuse to stand behind the first ac unit and refuse to give me a refund. I've reported them to the BBB and don't look like I'm going to get much help."

Deceiving Advertisers

"Their add says next day shipping. After spending $1500.00 on a new refrigerator I waited almost 2 weeks before contacting them, only to be told it was not scheduled to ship for a few more days. No estimated delivery or other details. No explanation of any kind. It looks like I will be out of town when it finally arrives (if it arrives within a decent time) and the shipping company will likely turn it around since there won't be any one around to receive it. Doesn't look like I will do business with them again. It appears there is a reason you can't get anyone there on the phone. "

Ripped off..!

"I did all my research and found the right size awning on line, little did I know what was to come...no sooner did I place the order I got a confirmation and with it came the warning..!
(this Item is custom ordered and can not be canceled or returned) the order said it would take up to three weeks to receive.
four went by and I decided to check on it..! the order had still not been placed..!
and this was the last time I would ever talk to anyone again.
the awning finally arrived two weeks (only after ruining my vacation plans) and it was missing parts and the material was low grade and the arms were cheesy'est piece of crap.
so I looked at the box it came in..! sure enough "MADE IN CHINA" To boot the thing came folded up tight and again in half.
when In seen the photos and description it gave me the impression it was a ready to install system, NOT. custom order my **** the only thing custom about it was that it actually made it through customs.And the no refund/return policy..? its because by the time you do get it your f--king **** and you cant even put a charge dispute on it because it too six weeks to get and time limitations have run out for that option.
Now the biggest part that was/is "not included" was 40.00 + S&H 60.00 HERE'S WHERE IT GETS TECHNICAL. Now the only way to communicate with them is E-mail only ..! and with every email it takes no less than 24 hours for a response. so this bring the cost up to 360.00 dollars.
so I go to install the awning and I specifically "CUSTOM ORDERED IT" 10 feet long,, what do I get 10 Feet 6 Inches..! Mother F--ker..! now I had to take the awning to a sewing shop to have it shortened by 6 inches because it sticks way out past.#$%^&*(! Costing me even more money, now I have almost 500.00 dollars on a Cheap Chinese piece of shet. Buyer Beware..! read the fine print and read all the other bad reviews before you make a decision to do business with these people..! Iv'e never been so miss-led in my life until now..! and I'm 54

Bipolar shipping

"RV Parts Country's shopping cart says in all caps up top, 'WE CANNOT SHIP TO PO BOXES!", and if you provide a PO Box the cart rejects your order as unshippable.

Then they ship your order USPS!

Guess what? USPS "CANNOT DELIVER TO OUR STREET ADDRESS," only to our PO Box. So the package gets to the local PO, sits there for a few days during which we get no notice whatsoever, then gets returned as undeliverable.

Dude, if you're going to ship USPS then you HAVE TO allow people to specify PO Boxes.

Worst experience ever!!!

"Bought a Dometic Refrigerator for my rv and when it arrived it was damaged. Corner smashed in, cooling tubes kinked and smashed. They say there is no damage. Still waiting for a replacement after 2 weeks of fighting with them. We'll see if they step up and back up their products, but so far they look like a scrap dealer"

Lousy **** company to buy from

"Would give zero stars if I could.... and wish I had read these guys' online reviews before ordering from them... I think one of five review sights sights get them up to 2.5, the others are all at 1 star. Definitely not worth saving money from RVPC if you have the chance, unless you're okay getting your stuff almost a month later and broken, only to have to deal with a completely non-functional non-caring customer service and/or return department. You will get the run-around, guaranteed. They don't allow phone calls or have an answering number, run days behind on their emails, have no remorse for that and lied saying they never got my original emails, when surely they went through. Fortunately, the company who made the product I bought stepped in and made the replacement... not without telling me my story and these complaints are common with RVPC. I wouldn't be surprised if RVPC is dropped as a vender by this company... "
